You all are incredible! Great job persevering through a challenging course. And Frank, you are an amazing supporter and a great one-man crew! I am running the 50 mile race this weekend and this video was fun to watch and helpful in my preparation. Cheers!
Congrats! You and I run the 2022 Run Rabbit Run together and I saw you in some of my video footages. Great finish after the low point. I am kind of in the same boat this year and am taking a big tapper due to a potential injury before this year's CJ100.
Hey! Oh no, recover well and I think you will do fine. The altitude is not as hight as Run Rabbit Run, just more climbing. :D Good luck and enjoy the Blue Ridge!!
Ho lee cow…. What an amazing crew chief Frank! And man… I just finished a 100miler in spartanburg(camp Croft 100) yesterday, I didn’t know you were from there. My legs and feet hurt pretty bad and watching the mud you dealt with was hard. I know your pain all too well, and I truly don’t know how you kept staying so positive facing all of those aid station cut offs with 20+ miles to go. Truly an amazing effort by you and your team. Frank is an Angel, truly selfless. Great work!
Croft is one of the muddiest places when it rain! I did the POW there before a few years ago. I was hard!!! Congrats on your 100 miler finished there, no easy task for sure. Any 100 is hard, has it's uniqueness i guess. Yeah, Frank is awesome. Managing the ups and downs is tough, but we somehow managed it. :D
Hey man! Great vid! I ran with you at Eastern states and I am doing cruel jewel this year. How would you say the course compares? Any tips you wanna share? Love the vids! Thanks
Hey! That's awesome! The terrain I think is similar to Eastern States, just with more vert. Humid and hot, depending on the weather. So I think focus on nutrition and fluid depending on that. Manage the ups and down and you will be find. It's coming up! Good luck man!
@@MangoRunnerI finished in 41 hours! We talked about you a lot during the course, You were an inspiration to a lot of people! Can I walk? Am I injured? Let’s go! Thanks for the inspiration! What a race and your video helped! 🎉😊
@@seegee1613 That is awesome! Congratulations! One heck of an experience and pretty sure there were highs and lows. But you got it done! I am glad the video helped. :D

Thanks! Tough and hard, but we had a great time. And you will as well. Good luck and enjoy the mountains and some vert. :D
Frank is the hero we all need!!! Gotta love Ken relating different part of the race to rap verses. Can't wait for Ouray!
Frank sure is the hero! Ken would throw some rap verses out of no where randomly. :D
