I was actually planning on making an entirely different video, but then I saw that I still had this almost-finished video sitting in my drafts. When I opened it I immediately got inspired, and ended up finishing it pretty quickly.
I love this movie so much, I’ve rewatched it quite a lot and it makes me cry every single time. It’s like the ultimate tragic forbidden love story. The fact that this kind of story has been and still is a reality for so many people is so awful though, it breaks my heart. I’m glad that we’re living in a generally more accepting time, but there’s definitely still a long way to go...
