    Felt very relatable when you talk about your work grind and running. Long shifts, nights, man oh man.. I feel ya.

      Yeah thats why i think motivation is key. Because if your motivated enough you'll find a way.

    Excellant work mate, long time back I worked nights starting 6pm and finishing 2am. Because I would wake up around 11am it was too hot to run and do quality sessions in the Australian summer, so I started training after work at 2am in the cool darkness. It worked out really well.
