I’m so happy I found this video, these are gorgeous, thank you for sharing. My daughters and I will be doing this at our annual Christmas craft get together in a couple weeks!! Can’t wait 🥰😀
Too bad the colors are so dull. Ugh. Beige. Grey. Beigey-grey. Tan. Blechhhh!!! Whatever happened to festive colors instead of matchy matchy dull dull?
Wow!!! I’ve seen these velvet baubles everywhere on youtube and was sad I couldn’t find any in my country (eastern europe). Now I can make them myself. How cool is that?! Thank you so much! They’ve turned out amazing!
Wow! You are so creative…amazing how much money you save making these beautiful velvet -looking ornaments. Thank you, so much and looking forward to many more ideas❤️🎄
Im so happy that i came across your short form video about this flocking method. I really wanted to do this for Christmas. Thank you for such an easy to follow method.
I was looking for the other ornament videos that you mentioned but didn’t see them. Can you please link them? I like to DIY some of my Christmas ornaments each year and am definitely going to try these flocked ornaments. Thanks!
They are so pretty and I agree that they look nice but I am so sick of seeing black at Christmas. There’s no reason to do black ornaments for Christmas. It’s Christmas. It’s supposed to be light bright full of color and joy. Black is depressing it always has been to me and I will not do anything dark dark does not make me happy dark is miserable, everybody thinks black is so cool at Christmas. No, it ain’t happening at my house. I will do pastels I will do colors. I will do green blue pink yellow orange any color but the lack of color that black is.
She literally said several times that you could pick any color you wanted and that she only used what was on hand. Please do a video of your Christmas colors.

This is awesome. What kind of paint did you use?
Just regular interior paint samples from the hardware store. I think any kind of paint would work!
Do you think deeper colors look better? It seems more noticeable.
I think any color would look good!
How long is the drying time on these ornaments?
The same as paint, just a few hours.
Do you need to spray them with a protective coating ?
I didn’t and they held up really well since last year but you definitely could seal them. Probably a good idea!
What paint colors did you use?
Behr “Cider Spice”, “Beach Grass”, “Chocolate” and “Black Magic”
