Ed Kawak was amazing. I’m so glad to have found this footage I love archival videos of lesser known, underrated bodybuilders like this man featured here. His size was so impressive he couldn’t even disguise it in this bulky gym sweater. When he takes it off and starts posing, it’s almost blinding! His body was a work of art. RIP
@13:30 the wall is right behind him. He is rowing old school: leaning in, good stretch and dont lean back with it. Todays guys would hit the wall at every rep as they try to move much heavier weights and turn the exercise into some kind of shrug :D
Edwardo was such an incredible bodybuilder. When he competed in the IFFB my friends and I felt what a disgrace it was the way they treated Edwardo and the placing was a complete joke. He was easily top six but coming from NABBA they thought they had to crap on him. I hope he knew actually how good he really was. Head to toe muscle…unreal!
I have a cable pulley in my garage gym I use for lat pulldowns. The trick to lat pulldowns without a proper machine is to fasten a heavy dumbbell/weight on a dip belt. It holds you in place & stops you from being pulled off the bench.
No hanging around, no cell phones, no stupid TikTok exercises. Just hard training with basic exercises. Fantastic video !
I agree with you 100% ;-)

6:51, does anybody know the name of that biceps machine?
It does not look like the Nautilus Multi Biceps.
Stark!

It holds you in place & stops you from being pulled off the bench.
On a side note, shiny chrome gym machines need to make a comeback.
They look aesthetic AF. 👌
Video 💎 Thx
top👌💪
Those health clubs were small compared to now.

Eduardo was amazing.. That gym looks worse than a high school weight room in 1975, not even a seat to lock-in while doing pulldowns
The true bent over row, don't try this if you don't have strong lower back.
I have always liked training with Universal equipment. So much crap weight machines out there in nowadays gyms.
We came far away from aiding one another on the pulldowns.
Hiess der nicht mike koesler
Richtig, danke
This type of training is complete overtraining.all these guys are dead because of it.
Those universal machines did damage to the body. Horrible equipment design.
