After 83, Samir always showed up out of shape. Haney had the right to talk smack cause he was the reigning 4 time Mr O.

Dorian Yates had a better back with the mass era, insane mass and conditioning even better than Ronnie with more detail, Samir and the lighter guys had more aesthetic look, So both are winners

Not all of them had the same genetics. But damn, all of them had this flawless skin and muscle quality ... The muscle quality back then looked like that of a natural guy, just more thicker.. That means the abiltity to flex the muscles was there. The way arnold flexed his chest will indicate what I mean here. Nowadays the muscles are like concrete. Very bad.
His form is far from bad, actually his barbell rows are excellent, you need to move your torso below parallel to fully strech the lats. A little body english is much better than being totally rigid.
