i bought it when it came out last year, put at the end of the board and that thing was clipping really fast, was literally unusable with my set up, i had to send it back

Would this well into a UA Ox Stomp for a direct set up for both recording and live?
I own a Milkman the amp 50 and recenty bought a ox stomp. The ox is way beter than the built in cab sim of the amp. Using the factory pre sets of the ox I found the sound to be a little harsh in the highs and a little bommy in the lows. The advantage of the ox is that you can fiks these things using the EQ in the app. I don't have experience with any other cab sim device though so I don't know how it compares.
