    First video oh my gosh 😂😂😂😂 I would pay $$ to see the shocked faces of the exempt W-4 tax return filer when they see that huge tax bill owed 💸 😅
    Jason love your expressions on the cray cray advice.

    @11:40, that almost visceral reaction to buying property in an S Corp! Subtle and easy to miss, but I really felt that one!

    Pay $125K for new Range Rover every year to reduce your tax liability by a fraction of $125K. Stonks.

    "I don't want to dunk on these people". You should absolutely dunk on these people. It's one thing to be just misinformed it another thing to be misinformed and put out bad advice with confidence.

    I just starting working in tax...i absolutely hate it ....
    But gotta say, we send pending items to client asking if the whatever purchse is for your business. If you lie, fine, but the liability is on you.
    That being said, we dont ask about things typically under 2,500 (unless it looks suspicious like idk a toothbrush or food) also depends
    But yeah...

    I can always tell what video my clients have watched when they call and ask these questions. Then they want to argue with me.

    Digging the channel. Found your Advanced Airtable video and went from there. Like your style, humour and all the knowledge. This channel deserves about 100k more subs! Cheers

      @@jasoncpa okay I’m going ✌️but I’ll be back. Do you think a non accountant could master these automated products and get hired as an underling by an accountancy firm?

    Guy at 10 minutes is correct. Art is extremely sketchy. So is "consulting" work. This is why you see news stories every week about some relative of a politician being hired as a consultant on something. Paid $300k to be a "consultant" for extending the LRT line? And what are his credentials as they relate to trains and LRT lines? Oh he was a drama major in university and has never worked for any company related to rail?
    Stuff like paying $100k for a banana duct taped to a wall or $100k for a guy to write "RAT" on a 10'x10' canvas is obviously sketchy. That artist did some kind of favor that could not be documented.

    I saw the first one on Tik Tok and I'm like yeah... don't do that. W4 is great because you make estimated payments, now if you're self employed and you aren't automatically making payments like you do with a regular job. You would have to pay your full tax when you file.

    • @arh1234
      @arh1234 24 дні тому

      It's worse - you have to pay quarterly estimated tax, and if you underestimate, you pay (reasonable) interest and fees.
