Thank you so much for sharing this! After just one round of 5 repetitions in each toe position, I felt considerably more relaxation in my calves! Definitely a keeper! 🙏
This is very well-timed as I experienced a lot of calf tightness during a run yesterday on icy roads: fear of slipping added tension to my gait and I had to stop toward the end and stretch to prevent cramping. I'm eager to try these exercises out!
Seems to have worked judging by yesterday's pain-free 11 mile run! @@DoctorBen Also I wore compression sleeves on my calves which at the very least gives a psychological boost (and keeps your legs warm). I'm going to incorporate these exercises in my regular strengthening/stretching routine.
I have a question, when im going down do I have to trie as much muscle tension as possible trying to release everything and going down in a slow movement ? Ps , mayby a movie how to lay down in bed and get up out of bed, cause in the morning somethimes im a wreck

You don’t want to be trying to maintain maximum tension. You want to be slowly and consciously releasing tension. Think about relaxing not tensing.
