Hey guys, 15 years natural bodybuilder. I lost 170lbs about 12 years ago and am currently training to compete. Currenty 5'8" at 185lbs around 10% bodyfat, slowly losing abiut .5lbs a week with my coach. My question is related to loose skin, I have gotten rid of alot of my loose skin over the years by slowing losing the weight and gaining muscle. Is there a good way to help with loose skin that you know of besides surgery? I am looking at getting surgery to remove my lower belly skin because it covers up my lower abs even when I'm shredded. Thanks guys keep up the great work, ĺ bodybuilding podcast out there 💪

how to properly use steroids to GROW, all these professionals who walked the walk should be teaching proper info to people so randoms dont invent their cycles based on guesses, its more dangerous to be experimenting than to be told exactly how things are done

I'm a retired Corrections Officer and also weight lifter. Reps is the difference between a gym goer and a convict. Inmates do 500 reps while a gym goer does 3 or 4 set's of 10.

Saying, "Everyone is different." Is overused. Yes, people are kind of different, but those differences are minimal. Most humans are the same. Genetics only affects about 1% or 2% of the effects of nutrition. over 71% of the US is overweight and obese. All of these saying, "I'm different." Well, not really.

not ture because a 0.0001% difference(like a single genetic difference) can create a conpletely different outcome like eye color or something like that. Same thing is true with bodybuilding a single change on the androgen receptor protien will change its function and that compounds like crazy because each muscle cell has the androgen receptor(the one that signals muscles to be built)

Getting gear is like shopping at Walmart . Source boards are everywhere , also with reviews. Secondly law enforcement don’t care , more Cops and Corrections Officers take the most gear

I'm glad I didn't grow up in today's generation. I'd have low self esteem and possibly juice. I was a teen in the 2000s. By the time I finished 11th grade at 17 years old I weighed 210lbs and had a beach body. Just from doing pushups, pullups, pistol squats, and situps. Added powerlifting before I turned 18. 18 years old I did a 305lbs Bench Press and 585lb Deadlift back in 2010 natty which were big numbers for an 18 year old natty. Age 19 I pretty much looked had that goal physique most men go to the gym for. I was 210lbs Bodyweight and 13% bodyfat. I was 21 years old I was 250lbs and lean Natty and did 675lb Conventional Deadlift, 365lbs Bench Press, squatted 500lbs for reps. Even did handstand pushups and weighted pullups. That was pretty good for a natty back then. At the age of 25 I was 250lbs and lean with a 600lb Squat, 405lbs Bench Press, 715lbs Conventional Deadlift. Even rep PRs like a 600lb Conventional Deadlift for 8 reps and 185lbs Standing Strict OHP for 10 reps. I was 30 I hit a 450lbs Bench Press as my all time best. When I was 31 I was squatting over 500lbs for reps and deadlifting over 600lbs for reps. Even squatted 405lbs for 17 reps. Now at 32 years old I weigh around 260lbs and in a matter of weeks after a lay off I got to a 425lbs Bench Press, a 315lbs Bench Press for 10 reps, Front Squatted 405lbs after 2 weeks back in the gym not training legs for months, able to do pullups and handstand pushups. This is near 20 years doing this naturally. It can be done naturally. Besides good genetics it just takes the right exercises and proper exercise programming.

Great discussion but the access to gear is easier but the access to real good gear is limited there's a lot of fake stuff out there The real stuff is still very hard to get and you still have to know someone with a connection to get good stuff 🤷
