it's amazing to see the old equipment, toys, magazines, books, I hope it can be saved and maybe take everything and put it in museums where new generations of young people can still see how much I'm a simple kid from the 90's, the ones you showed me were the ones I used to play when I was young, so I hope they can be saved and all the ones you showed are really rare

That place is a veritable time machine. I still can't get my head around the fact that these places exist. All those little pedal cars can be restored. I can't believe that these people had no one who could have dealt with these precious things. So sad. Great video guys.

@@malcolmdrake6137totally agree! Although this was a very cool find, the majority of it wasn't in great condition, so not of any real value. It was actually reminded me of walking around car boot sale 20 years ago, you'd usually find several stalls selling this kinda stuff.

I was a kid back in the 1970’s and it was great. Before technology kept kids in front of a computer or phone. Before gaming kept kids in chairs doing nothing. We were outside running, climbing and being kids. I’m thankful for that. Hot wheels,Mego Superhero’s,the beginning of Star Wars toy line,Battlestar Galactica, Shogun Warriors,Tonya trucks ect ect. So on the cold winter day,a rainy stormy day when we felt trapped we played and let our imagination give us an escape. Toys like what you found are a moment in time. Great find 👍

I recognized that little attachment in the Singer box. We used to have that box with our old Singer sewing machine. The attachment you picked up is a fabric gatherer that bunches up the fabric as it's sewn. There was probably a button hole attachment in there too. Those pedal cars were pretty neat looking. Over here in the states collectors would pay a lot for those old pedal cars.

I’m a 67 year old Granny, I live in South Yorkshire but was born and brought up on the West Sussex coast ( Lancing) my Dad was in the Royal Navy and once served on the Ark Royal and one of the things he liked to do was take us to South Sea and Portsmouth, we always had to have a trip around the harbour to see what Naval ships were docked and it was one of the first places I took my two kids to when they were old enough to appreciate it and they loved it-on the way in, there was a small lagoon and init at low tide you could see the remains of a submarine, I’m talking of the mid to late 60s, I always remember it, I don’t think it’s there any longer, thanks for bringing all of my childhood memories to the fore 👍💕 Granny Linda

I'm still catching up with your back catalogue guys.
I'm trying to work out what this place was, an overgrown garden owned by a premier league hoarder.
Those toys really were something, i know the toys were not all in the best of condition, they can be restored, but any toy collector seeing those original boxes would have passed out with excitement, they can be seriously collectable and rare.
The same goes for all those tins, they don't look much but there are people who collect old tins.
I would have been tempted to speak to a local museum about those glass slides, I think they were from an early form of projector, magic lantern I think they were called.👍

Very serene looking at belongings from the past that some people owned. Abandoned like a ship at sea. I'm glad the broken guitar wasn't a real Gibson SG. because a vintage Gibson guitar can be worth a kings ransom but broken up like that would be worthless. I'm glad they left everything where it was
