    Bailey’s Homemade Mix Low Sugar (Diabetics)
    1 Cup Half and Half Crème or Heavy Crème
    1 14 ounce can of unsweetened Condensed Milk
    2 Table Spoons of Unsweetened Powdered Hershey’s Cocoa
    1 Tablespoon Nescafe Instant Coffee Granules
    1 tablespoon Vanilla
    4/3 cup of Crown Royal Rye Whiskey
    4 drops Almond Extract
    2 drops of Orange Extract
    2 drops of Mint Extract
    145 mls of Stevia Sweetner
    Low in sugar and very much like Bailey’s.
    Mix everything but whiskey in blender low speed.
    Then add whiskey and blend. Store in fridge for up to two months.
    Freeze any extra crème or milk products.

    Does the instant coffee dissolve enough where you don't taste bits of it in the drink? Can you use regular milk if you don't have heavy cream?

    • @adamjackson82
      @adamjackson82 2 роки тому

      Do whatever you want, but it won't be "Irish" cream if you do that. It'll probably taste fine, but won't taste the same. It'll probably taste like a brandy alexander, but that sounds great!

      You don't pour cream into alcohol but slow pour of alcohol to the cream while stirring. Then wait a week or so for it to cure.

    • @yeah2793
      @yeah2793 6 років тому +9

      Or you can mix everything by hand. I mix the heavy cream and condensed milk together first until the condensed milk is dissolved. I then add my own homemade chocolate syrup and mixed until dissolved. Then I add in the vanilla and instant coffee and mix till dissolved. And lastly while mixing I pour in the alcohol. I find by doing it by hand I no longer have the curdling issue. Hope this helps and best of luck to you.

      I used only the condensed sweetened milk and no cream. Vanilla and almond extract and the espresso and good chocolate syrup. Add the whiskey last and very slowly. I use a blender.

    • @JackRipper8881
      @JackRipper8881 5 років тому +7

      Use Rum instead of Whiskey and add some coconut extract and you'll have Rum Cream.
      Switch the Whiskey for Vodka, leave out the chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla and you will have a White Russian.
