Do whatever you want, but it won't be "Irish" cream if you do that. It'll probably taste fine, but won't taste the same. It'll probably taste like a brandy alexander, but that sounds great!
Ive tried several variations of this recipe. With each one, the cream curdles. Anyone have any idea how to prevent this,? Ive also kept it chilledand at room temp. Always same curdling issue. Thanks
Or you can mix everything by hand. I mix the heavy cream and condensed milk together first until the condensed milk is dissolved. I then add my own homemade chocolate syrup and mixed until dissolved. Then I add in the vanilla and instant coffee and mix till dissolved. And lastly while mixing I pour in the alcohol. I find by doing it by hand I no longer have the curdling issue. Hope this helps and best of luck to you.
I used only the condensed sweetened milk and no cream. Vanilla and almond extract and the espresso and good chocolate syrup. Add the whiskey last and very slowly. I use a blender.
Use Rum instead of Whiskey and add some coconut extract and you'll have Rum Cream. Switch the Whiskey for Vodka, leave out the chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla and you will have a White Russian.
Woooo, that was close....for a minute there I was afraid it wasn't going to be super-cute....geeeeezus christ....next time start with that first.....I almost had a heart attack....I can't get shit faced unless I know it Super-cute.

I'm blocking your channel... 99% of the world uses metric. Your recipes are really lovely but ridiculously complicated using imperial measuring methods.
Looks like the Irish have got saving the world down to a a "5 minutes and chill", step-by-step process. Respect.
Great job! Your recipe is my favorite of all the recipes online. I like that you didn’t add almond extract.
I love irish cream. Baileys is $20.00 a bottle I love this in my coffee. thanks you made it so simple

Does the instant coffee dissolve enough where you don't taste bits of it in the drink? Can you use regular milk if you don't have heavy cream?
Very nice recipe 👌
Hi, Tessa. Can i substitude brandy with whiskey? Thanks.

Can I use fresh cream instead of heavy cream?
yes and it would also make it less of a thick syrup and more of a luquid
Nice job

Use half&half

That measuring cup has a special place on hell
My heavy cream curdles, anyone suggestion?
You don't pour cream into alcohol but slow pour of alcohol to the cream while stirring. Then wait a week or so for it to cure.

Can this be done with another alcohol? Like Rum or Vodka???
Use Rum instead of Whiskey and add some coconut extract and you'll have Rum Cream.

are you related to sofia llyod? you have nice eyes anyway i like irish cream wouldn't mind watching a vid making white russian =)
Tessa make's for a "Cute little GF"
Good video, but you are making Irish cream liqueur, not Baileys, this is a brand name and your drink is similar but not identical.
and can kids eat that even if it has whiskey in it ?
If they insist, I strongly recommend drinking it :-)
they'll love it
