How to you feel opus adjusts to content such as tutorials with screenrecords? I have only tried the free plan and for me it has like zoomed in on the wrong part of the screen.
There is a screen share option, but I find its just a starting point, take it into Pr to finesse it 💪

You can custom animate with keyframes or pay for a plugin to do it, our team and I currently use Firecut Ai (I link to all our tools in my description box 👍)
This is AMAZING!!! For the work we do, I’ve been waiting to see a creator of your caliber to share your thoughts on short form 🤳 tools like Opus. I agree with your takeaway of selecting the tools that make sense with your workflow/ and work. I think you mentioned Riverside’ Magic clip feature in another video . Do you see yourself using Opus in tandem with Riverside until Riverside fully develop customizedability features for short form talking head videos?
You can see I talked about this in the video. Riverside offers studio recordings, which is it's main feature. If you need a video recorder, then maybe that is the best option for you. I think OPUS is great bc it works with any edited video you have based on what I described. I simply review the tools and I hope I give all the information to help you decide what is best for you.

My question is why can't you do the same with premiere. Can't premiere with animated captions?
Watch my recent video, you can do animations, but it requires changing it to graphic layers, for now you can do static stylized captions.
Sure seems like an amazing tool... and as everyone says, it's only going to improve as AI improves at lightning speed.
I like to think of it as a great starting point!
Why in premiere pro the Ripple edit is not working with shift + delete on macbook ?
Check your keyboard shortcuts panel to confirm you have it setup, I just used this yesterday :)
Has anyone tried this (or a similar) tool with an audio-only interview or recording? I could see a scenario of having it make the clips based on content and then adding a still image/graphic, or having it automatically find those broll clips.
I'm sure Opus would be interesting in adding this feature!

Premiere Gal, is there a reason you said, "battery/batteray-yet," @ 0:09? Maybe it's an accent thing, since I'm Australian, but I was just wondering if that was an audio glitch from the audio enhance in Premiere, because for me it has done some ai techno mix ups like that many times.
Hey! we didn't use the audio enhance from Pr, I just said "better yet" I listened back, and I thought i said it normally? Are my ears playing games with me? 😂

Not really relevant to my projects, but as always I continue watching for the info. I listened to it again and it does sound the way I initially described it, but the only way to be sure would be to record/rip the clip then place it into a premiere and......Oh no I've gone cross eyed. I think all the editors here know its just a starting point as I say :-) Pull it into Pr for customization or even sometimes add or record more for it 👍
I tried it and it's a bit sloppy. It's surprisingly good and fast, but they're not perfect and it makes mistakes.
If you don't care much about quality, it could be a great tool.
I think the best is the export to Pr feature, a lot of people just use it to create highlights and then export to Pr. But I was surprised at the editing tools they have a available, but you know, I'm a Pr editor through and through, so the export XML to Pr is clutch!

IME Opus it's very underwhelming (as most OpenAI stuff as of late). I found it better to use autoreframe your video in premiere and, if you're that lazy, use an external app to produce your captions. Also if you want acceptable quality for your video you need to pay for an over-expensive subscription.
Auto-reframe in Pr is also okay, I find I use more custom motion controls tho when reframing for vertical as autoreframe doesnt get it always right. The one thing opus does well is the split framing compared to what we need to do in Premiere Pro. (cropping fx and more).
