Nice job, very fluid. I’m curious, how long have you owned your Chameleon? I own all the various keys of MK whistles, and took delivery of Chameleon #3 (4-legged) in May ‘22. I play it regularly (love it!) but I haven’t devoted enough time yet to really feel proficient- I like your exercises, you’ve given me some inspiration. There aren’t many of us out here in the world, glad to see a YT vid - now give us a tune! 😊
I recorded this video after two weeks of owning the instrument. I’ve been putting these exercises together for myself with a focus on acquiring chromatic facility. I’d love for the exercises I’m developing to be of use to other fellow Chameleon-ites! If you’re interested, I could send you some.
Thank you Stuart. It is the two-legged version. I’ll post some progress and some exercises soon, incorporating the the thumb hole fingers for Bb and F. Placement of the thumbs is requiring some adaptation of grip, and it’s taking some time, but I can already tell it’ll be worth the effort. The great think that Misha has created is removable thumb hole studs. I’m using them like training wheels - at the moment I’m working on getting the Bb happening, without having to worry at all (for now!) about my right hand placement.
nice

That is a beeeeeast
Terrific work! Is this the 2 or 4 legged cameleon? If it's the 2 legged version - how are you getting with the rear hole placements...? Thanks!
