I say, "whatever anyone else has to say about you, is none of your business". Keep doing what you do. Some of us really appreciate it!
Hey BlueRidge, I've been watching your videos for over a year. They're incredible and informative. This video serves as the example to why it matters to learn, be informed, and discuss valuable coins in all different series in order to know where to chase value when an opportunity arises you weren't expecting. I just bought 4 incredible BU 1969-D rolls of Jefferson Nickels that were collecting dust in the back of a small coin shop. I only paid 2x face. I pulled out 1 full step designation last night, MS 65 at worst. Thank you, BlueRidge!
Easily the most informative numismatic channel on the Tube. Ignore the "haters." (tempted to use stronger language).
The haters don't count, not to UA-cam or anyone who loves your work. They will always be there. You got it off your chest, now let it go. Your channel is one of the best. Almost 30k can't be denied. It reflects your work and dedication to the coin roller community. ♥
Shirl Bussman Exactly !!! Well said!!
"I'll Third that"
Shane Corning me too
@ James , and Shirl and Cholas : "We" got A Lot of these. Turns out my good friend I've known for 20 years has been setting aside coins like this for years. ...... :-D ... NEVER knew he was in to coins. We're going to setup some selling accounts and the such. I am hunting for varieties and errors, currently. AND we have "in and out" retail access !!! ~ Cheers
Redbook sure is "lowballing it" , if , this Auction actually happened. TAKE these guy's advice folks - be SURE to check on internet auction final sales.
Don’t worry about rude, pessimistic people because there are plenty of us that appreciate the information and knowledge you’re passing down to us and your time. All that goes in to creating, editing plus preparing all of the information and content to be able to finally upload isn’t lost on some of us, your subscribers. Thank you. (I know this is from long ago but just watched it. I don’t usually follow much on Jefferson’s. )
Content of your videos are educational to say the least. Haters going to hate. Screw um! Keep up the good work.
Don't ever mention "haters" or any of their comments. When you do, it makes them gleeful because they only seek attention, and negative attention is better than no attention at all. Far better to scroll down, quietly delete their comment(s) and no matter what, never mention them or their comments. They'll soon seek out someone else, one who will give them the attention they long for. You'll be the better man for it. Thank you kindly for the knowledge you share with others. 😉
Ta hell with anyone who says that about your channel I haven't find a video I didn't like yet And your giving us knowledge on coins we all can find. So ty Blue Ridge
Your so right. It's a lot of time and long hours looking. And I'm going to tell you there's not a pot of gold at the end of most rainbows. But if you don't love the hunt or everything you put into this. Then all your about is getting the big sale. Coin hunting is my passion I love it. Heck when I get change at a store I get excited just to go home and look thru it. And watching UA-cam videos and going on line and I eat it up. I want to learn everything I can about coins and notes. And thank you for taking the time sharing your knowledge. Peace and love to all.
I HAVE 1964 1967 JEFFERSON NICKEL
I can't believe that you are even acknowledging the haters out there, BlueRidge; you say it best about this hobby- It takes time, patience, and most importantly; Research and Knowledge!! Which, you bestow on us, with your own time very graciously... and by the way; these type of coins are most definitely out there, waiting to be pulled from circulation in time.
allen kistler mostrem a de 1944
Well said; I feel that a lot of new collectors get impatient but if you keep searching you will find some gems out there so don't give up if you're passionate about the hobby.
Love it silver Hound I'm sending mine in next week I became a member of PCGS yesterday morning and thrilled to see how this turns out. Happy Hunting everybody.
Found a 52 proof set for $150, got a error quarter in the set (superbird with hand engraved tail feathers), so I can attest it just takes a little searching. Helps to get lucky too, I bought the set to grade the amazing penny in it and got a nice surprise.
Im new to the channel and im learning alot thank you.Dont let the haters get to you. Theyll never find anything or learn anything.Theyll be reading books in their jail cell.
I have a 1962 full steps 59. And a 74. The greed I believe agree. Very high glp for consignment I'll send them all to you
Coins like that can definitely be found roll hunting. I came across a collection dump earlier this year that had several MS coins in the rolls. All it takes is patience, diligence and some luck! Thanks for the info, I always enjoy your videos!
Silverhound Don't let the haters get to you . I have a whole roll of 1964's most of them are unc mint set but they are not FS . YOU ARE DOING A GOOD JOB THANK YOU!!!!!. DAVID A.
don't listen to the haters you are helping other collectors like me
I love your channel. I love that you let us know what coin to look for. I love a challenge.
I have probably 20,000 coins to go through...I thank God I found your videos but curse you in the same breathe haha cause I can't stop until I go through every last one of them haha....I've been through about 250-500 just guessing judging by the pile and I have found a few DD pennies and that's about it so far but I just know I probably got some good coins....oh almost forgot I have a 1964 p DD dime but it's worn down pretty good but you can still easily tell it's a DD ....I figure it's still worth a dollar or two... Anyhow I thank you for everything you do and go through to bring us your videos... they're very informative and motivational not like the other monotoned videos with misleading information..YOUR VERY APPRECIATED... KEEP EM COMING
I think there were some videos where I did not agree, but i'm no hater... At the end of the day I always give a quick glance down when change is given to me and look for anything that shines more than usual. Gas stations or Mini Marts are great places to find these. Realistically, someone that really needs a pack of smokes will plunder a family member or friends coin collection and spend them at face value.
Apoint Tomake absolutely! You got that right. I always check my change now. Used to let cashiers keep it if it wasn't much but I don't do that anymore. And yes, people will always grab someone's change to go buy something without knowing anything about coins. My grandparents had a huge collecting of old coins, half dollars etc, when I was a kid. If I wanted to go buy some candy I would raid the drawer they kept them in and go buy it. No telling what those coins would be worth today. At the very least I know they were all silver.
I just found an AMAZING 1963P lincoln cent in super good condition, like it has been sitting in a case for the last 55 years in a roll!
I love young through these I have a 1962 1965and 10 1964s.The 1965 looks doubled.Thank you
This is good video with great information. This represents a very practical, common sense area for collectors, to begin a "Search Criteria". I'm teaching my son to go obtain bank rolls and perform searches for these coins, that may still be found. Anything worth doing, requires belief, effort, diligence and commitment to continuity, to be successful. Thank You, Blue Ridge Silver Hound!
I HAVE 1964 1967 JEFFERSON NICKEL
I have an absolutely Perfect full steps 1964 p nickel.. I’m positive it will grade exceptionally high.. this coin is what started my own personal appreciation for coins .. whole new world, but I like it!
I’m sure you’re going to rave about it..
It’s an ms 60+
Thank you for this video. My 74 Jefferson nickel does clearly have the FS but my 63's and 64's may not but are still beautiful coins. That I now know are valuable. Thanks again !
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
I appreciate you making these videos which opened my eyes to the conditionally rare common date coin game. Thanks for the info and keep doing your thing bro. Really what is to hate? Even if you have to get proofs to search or whatever. So far, every time that I paid a small premium to say get a bag of unsearched wheats or a few mint rolls of a date I like to search. It's paid off every time. Paid $8 for three wheat rolls from my local coin shop. Found a 1936 DDO-OO3. Went back and got another three rolls and found a 1936 ddo-001. Bough a few rolls of 2009 cents and got about 40 varieties of doubled die extra thumbs. Bought a date set like I don't know what it's called exactly but it has one of each coin from a certain year in a hard plastic case. The store sells the case itself for about $2 I think. Then it has a half dollar, quarter, nickel, penny, and dime. I think I only paid $6 for the set. I only wanted the dime because I know it was silver and I had a feeling like maybe I could see something on it. Sure enough the dime ened up being a doubled die obverse. So thats like at least $10 cause it's not in the best condition but dang. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money people. It's great to search change cause you can't lose. You still have change. But iny own experience it pays to spend a little if you know what you are looking for.
Love it ...no steps 60 ,but does have vertical lines beside the columns and all windows but no full steps lol.
I appreciate your advice alot thanks and God bless because of you educating me I now see that I had money in the piggy bank this whole time!
Blueridge don't worry about the haters there are a lot of us who like these videos and I've found lots of good coins in pocket change rolls and bags keep up the good work
I really enjoy your videos on coins Thanks again
I'm a new collector all of your info is a good learning experience keep up the good work love coin roll hunting Thanks Blue.
New to tube. No hate from me. Appreciate the time and info sharing. I've come across many of the pocket change profitables. Haven't collected yet I'm sure I circulated some nice ones. Nice to see them again.
I really enjoy your videos! Thank you soo much.
You offer amazing content. From a variety of big fish to little fish so to speak. I just started paying attention to coins and paper money about a month ago. A week or two ago I found a 1982-S Proof Jefferson nickel in my change at a gas station. Although I don't think it's worth a whole lot, it's a coin that is not even supposed to be found in circulation yet, somehow it was.
i have a 1963 full steps Excellent condition
Thank You! Valuable Knowledgeable Information!
Every Video. Every Time.
Thanks To You BlueRidge
Yo BlueRidgeSilverHound, dont take these "nubies" seriously. Only beginners dont get your videos. I think you do a really good job putting these together the way you do. Keep it up! You have taught me sooooo much in the last 2 years!! I dedicate all my findings to yourself and CoinOp as well. You inspire more people than you realize buddy!!! At first i watched your videos to know what im looking for, now i watch your videos to thin down my collection and get rid of coins that dont have as much value as i thought. It works great both ways but i think im a coin hoarder now! LOL
Prairie Bilton
Not newbies, it's the lazy, unintelligent people. They are the same ones who will cry about looking up a new word.

I have a ,1964 nickel full steps
You do justice, and so right sometime takes looking thru 100's of rolls .but that why they call it a hobby
Glad you said what you did. I bought a proof set wanting a full steps nickel. There was no full steps, in my option. So was wondering how are they finding full steps, if new ones don't have. Lol
Thanks for the info, love all the information you give me...
"They hate us, cause they ain't us"... just ignore it, most of it is jealousy. And, yes you can find coins like this, and others that are very valuable, in rolls, or pocket change. Im new, and Ive been amazed by what is out there! Anyone that plays the lottery, should play coin rolls, Ill bet you'll come out way ahead, but you have to do the work...
I really appreciate everything I have learned from you.
I enjoy your videos! Don't be bothered about the haters, their probably jealous they ain't got any of the coins you talk about Lol! Thank you.
Hey bud, you should also talk about Raw, circulated and professionally ungraded coins and what they sold at as well. Talking about coins that were not graded by any Grading Company.

I have a 1978 s proof with full steps. Is this common for Jefferson nickel proof coins? I only seem to be finding info on full steps business strikes. Love all your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Awesome teacher!
Thanks Blue, always appreciate your videos. Would be nice if somehow you were compensated for you time and effort.
he is ,don't worry .
Great job funding the full steps!! I have a few from old sets in family but had to take yellow tape off the back of coins I found 1969 d full steps and 1972 full steps I'm thrilled not sure if I'll send in some Knicks on them
🥰 Price is open on that find if 67 grade.... 🤔
Congrats!
Thank you, you are awesome. Your information was very helpful for a beginner like me. I've learned quiet few tips from your video, Thank you so much.
Thank you for making great videos! Please keep doing so! I found a 1939 Jefferson nickel with no mint mark today and it looks to me that it is in wonderful condition, I was hoping you would tell me if its worth sending off to get graded based on the year? I think its in great condition and I believe worth getting a grade, just didnt know if the year would make a difference on the grade. Thank you for any response and info! Thanks again for your time you spend making videos for us to learn from!
I have found beautiful coins. Have no intention of grading or selling them. It's just for fun and som day passing them on, as some have been passed to me. ♥️😄
Excellent video, great subject perspective, informative, etc.. Your the man! Screw the haters. Keep up the good work... Thanks !!!!!
I have two 1964-D nickles and one 1968-S nickle. On one of the 1964 nickles on the back there are some slightly seen straight horizontal lines on the front steps, but this nickle doesn't have an FS anywhere on it. Now the 1968-S does have the FS in the front on the bottom of Jefferson barely seen, but you can't see the steps on the backside of the nickle unless use lighting and a magnifying glass/es and tilting the nickle to see the steps.
Keep up the great work brother its greatly appreciated, your knowledge and advice is brilliant and dont take any notice of the haters.
Blessings from Ireland.
I have a 1961 nickel with no mint mark on it. I also have a 1964 Denver mint nickel without the full steps to Monticello. Tryin to find a buyer for them now.
Love your videos keep up the good work

QUARTER1978D 1982P 1991P 1970
DIME1993P 1994D
we really like what your doing don't listen to the haters
I faund 15 of them in coin rolls in the bank although they don't have full steps .
I found a 63 jefferson on the ground yesterday. It looks like a proof or something, a lot " shinier " than most coins. Almost perfect condition besides you can tell someone stepped on it, the outer ring was damaged but besides that looks mint. MS would have been up there, very unfortunate
Dude loving your videos . new to it . learned a ton from all your videos .
Question for you. I have a Jefferson Nickel with very crisp detail, but it's brown, like bronze. I've never been able to find out what it's made of or if it's worth anything. Would you maybe know?
love your videos ! very clear spoken and a lot of great information. . I appreciate you taking your time out in your day to bring it to the masses. #1 Keep it up also I loved your wood grain back drop " let's get it !
Thank you we appreciate your service that you provide. Haters are always gonna hate.
I do this for them 🙏🏽. Love you bro I know that as exciting as this work can be it is work. 👍✌🏻.
why they hate you. i always feel well informed after one of your videos.
I'm not a hater I think you're the greatest. I am pretty frustrated lately. But thank you you are not the source of my frustration.
I am surprised that coin is graded so high. I can see scratches galore along Jeff's jawline and his collar. Hmmmm....well if that's the grading then Hallelujah! I have silver Jeff's in this condition.
Invest in some unc. sets that is where a found my gem nickel. Takes work to make cash.
Great to know! Thank you for the information
it is fun work, i enjoy the hunt. i recently ordered a box of nickel and pennies. both boxes are 2017 D. i was discouraged. however after watching your program i have decided to sell on Ebay for double face value
Thank you Sir, Obtainable is the word... Thanknyou
Dear SHAWN. I am THINKING of breaking up my Thomas Jefferson coinage and currency set😞I wanted to personally ask you... What do you think the worth of the coin/ collectors 250th anniversary dollar is valued ? Please KEEP this as a personal text cause I am still very new at this.! Sincerely APPRECIATE this. That also apply s to my nickels. I have done so much homework that I genuinely learned from you...and I am very honest...all the coin collectors helped me. I truly love your Monday Market report and your knowledge. Thank you. I don't let many people in my life cause they 'I don't like to talk bad about people. So..sorry for such a long letter... should I start with a perfect nickel... or does the PCGS slab Medallions also? Thank You For Your Time. That in itself is priceless. And the h-ll with the people who don't BELIEVE.
I've been getting into nickels recently but dimes are tough on my old, tired eyes.
I have alot of rare coins with errors factory double die also 1940 dimes and nickels also euro one cent and wheat one cent all my collections has great value..also I have state quarters very rare with visible factory errors one of a kind
Hey bro you are good. I been collecting coins for six years and silver and gold

I have a 2000 with the Monticello dome on fire! IT IS Awesome its a sweetly runny eyed letters beautiful nickle. The letters and date appear as if their melting clearly like water is rolling off of them, their turning into a stream. When you flip the coin you crap your pants once you see the burning dome, which is a weird die error sliding effect with a upward wiggle towards 1:00 sharp.THIS IS A ONE IN A LIFETIME,maybe in 2 or 3 lifetimes event. This might not ever even happen again for 10 thousand years guys,How should i approach to sell this as a very rare piece and see it realize a good value and good home.I'll be waiting for your valid reply!
Heck man who can even know what's good and what's not. I've had much frustration this weekend with the super friendly folks at one of the forums I share coins on. I'm discouraged man. I found some amazing coins fri (a 1953 nickel perfect full steps, and a 1951 dime full torch and excellent strike with amazing toning) and the guys pretty much imply my coins are #$@& and shoot them down. I get the feeling sometimes they troll folks and get off on crapping on your coins. I don't know which is more frustrating, finding high grade coins or genuine errors (not machine doubling). Wish I could send you some pics of my 2 coins I found Friday.
Great information. Love your videos!
Good job, nice work on the illustration
1776 to 1976 Silver dollar Eisenhower Im selling too
I have a 1961 Denver mint full step nickel I believe!!! How can I get some more information about the coin???
Thank you very much Blue, I, m very new at collecting coin and I,m trying to learning everything from your videos. I have some Jefferson nickels 1955 d 1954 s 1953s and 1968d, and they are in very good condition.. Can you please tell me where should I take them for a second opinion? I,m located here in San Antonio, Texas
I have a 1940 no mint mark. In very good condition
