The Halo Battle Rifle is one of the most iconic weapons, if not actually the best, in the Halo games. The BR has been introduced for the first time in Halo 2, it is a triple burst semi-automatic rifle known for its great usability. Has a 2x sight and can be used for assaults in the short distance or for special operations in the long-medium distance. On the Halo Multiplayer, this weapon is loved for its great efficiency due to the fact that can shut down an enemy with just a few bursts on the head.

I love how every BR has a distinctive name to separate them from one other, you could literally put different types of Battle rifles in one game.
Indeed behind every sandbox element in Halo (weapons or vehicles) there is a unique name. Bungie and then 343 really made a world on this, and there also are a lot of variants of these weapons that are not in the games but in the lore, i mean just imagine a Halo game with all weapons ever had in Halo games and books. Would be awesome.

I’d rather use that in the rink slayer. Instead of the bandit. The bandits lame. It sat on the shelf for years and they had the great idea to make it the way main weapon in the new slayer and wonder why nobody’s playing.
The sound of the halo 4 br is one of the worst gun sound i ever heard

True, it’s one of the least better sounding gun in Halo 4, but some of the other guns sound pretty beefy like the AR.

I don’t know why, the Halo Infinite BR seems considerably slower than Halo 3’s or even Halo 4’s BR
looks like that but I think it's because of the heavy sound, statistically it's identical to Halo 3's BR in damage and times.
H4 design and HI sound are the best for me.
