- I'm back in Arkansas to take y'all on another motorcycle ride through "the Natural State" as I work with Arkansas State Tourism on their Motorcycling Guide! Arkansas is one of the best places to take a road trip in the USA. Today we're checking out the Diamond Lakes region and Ouachita Mountains, an area in Southwest Arkansas known for its scenic byways, history, and great places to eat!

I live in and ride Arkansas all the time. I've been to many of the places you ride but not the eating establishments. Thanks to you they will see my face soon. I have a day ride route to Hot Springs and back that I share with out of state riding buddies. Now I have to go further and find more to show them. Thanks for the Intel on what I have been missing in my own state.

I grew up/live in this state and its one of the most chill states you can live in, in my experience. Especially if you find the right town.
My parents lived and sadly now buried in Mena. When they were alive there was no place in town to get a good beer. Looking forward to going to The Ouachitas next time I'm there. Thanks for another great video.

Me , My Hubby & Family (Biker Mom, Dad, & Kids) have ridden all over the BEAUTIFUL State of Arkansas.. It's like a 2nd Home to us, because we spend so much time there. Especially riding! But the one thing that sad for me, is that I've been to Queen Wilhelmina back when the OLD State Park Building was still there & I LOVED that old place.. & I've been there when the conductor use to run the small train around the center.. so many great memories & we were there right before they closed the OG Park building & sadly tore it down & then rebuilt it to what it is now!

From a Neighbor resident ! Please go spend a night in eureka springs ! It’s a funky town with lots of history and tons of things to do ! Your so close to it ! I ride out there all the time it’s a normal weekend trip to ride or camp or both there !

I rode to Queen Wilhelmina a couple of times when I lived in Hot Springs but my go to was always Mt Magazine. Hwy 7 was always good as long as I didn't get stuck behind campers or get sidetracked wanting to stop at the little areas and look around. I am pretty sure you passed Burls Smokehouse in Crystal Springs on your way to Mena. It is a little food stop in the middle of nowhere and they make beef sticks and beef jerky in house and those beef sticks are the best. Of course there is never enough time or a stomach big enough to consume everything there is in a relatively short trip! Come to think about it I took my profile pic at an overlook on Queen Wilhelmina.

I love this video. I was born and reared in Hot Springs (now live in Virginia, but return periodically to visit family). I think you did a fantastic job of portraying Hot Springs and the sites in the city. You inspired me to visit Mena and the other sites on my next trip to Arkansas! You rock, Staci!

I wish you had sampled a joint there in Hot Springs called Rolondo's they also have one in Fort Smith and Fayetteville. But the one in Hot Springs is amazing. It's Yucatan inspired.

I enjoyed a Jeeping/Camping trip to the Ouachitas of Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas a few years ago. It’s gorgeous out there, and amazing roads are everywhere. I’ve been itching to go back to explore on my Street Glide.

Eureka springs crescent hotel is a must ! Your so close the history there is crazy at the hotel ! Super creepy haunted stuff but beautiful hotel to stay at its amazing and amazing town your so close you have to go !! We ride there all the time for a weekend ride amazing riding around eureka springs !

Great video! I have been to Hot Springs a few times but was unaware of many places you recommend visiting. So, I changed my plan to leave Lake of Ozark in MO and ride through Ouachita National Forrest to Hot Springs to stay the night at Arlington and visit the places you recommended. Thank you for the insight and recommendations. Just Keep riding...
