I have used Cardo communication systems for several years. I am about to purchase my third, which is why I am, again, turning to Cardo for what I consider its stable, innovative, and user-friendly technology. Bikers talk about bike accessories as much as they talk about their rides. I listen and learn. Some have bought Cardo systems, and some other brands. I learned that way. Listening and asking questions led me to my first Cardo purchase. My experience with that first purchase made me a loyal customer/user.
Worked the first time but a reset of the Cardo Edge to factory to clean up after failed bike pairing. This means app can't make connection even though I have a fully paired Cardo to my iphone. I wiped the app and reinstalled. I tried everything to get the app to see the Cardo with no luck.

I have a Packtalk Outdoor and there are so many Options not available, like bridge mode, automatic volume, or music sharing. You always mention that "all Packtalk devices" or "all DMC 2nd generation devices" have those features, but that's just not true. You should make this information more clear. If I knew that beforce, i would not have bought the Packtalk Outdoor.
As a longtime user of the CARDO packtalk. I am very intrigued by the advancements in the EDGE
Please create option to remove or disable the radio, i dont use it but it sometimes gets turned on. So annoying.

for me it turned from music to radio by itself a few time without me even doing anything (riding alone, not saying anything, not pressing any buttons, phone in my pocket) its sooo annoying when it happens and you dont remember what you have to press to get back to music :(
So now mine says Phone Connected, but when I look at the app, it says No Unit Detected. What gives?

I have used Cardo bought recently and another well known brand up to now. I should have skipped that other brand as I could hardly hear the music. But hindsight is a wonderful thing !
Love my Edge. But one of these years, would it be too much to ask to allow an Admin to be able to un-pair (delete) members from groups they are supposed to have Administrator control of?
As a rideout leader with frequently changing attendees, it would be really useful - to save me from having to make new groups and constantly pair again with half the group that I'm already paired to within another group (that has become full). Please give this some serious consideration!
Not something I’d ever run into but this seems pretty obvious to me…whoever creates the group should have the power, to invite, ban and/or delete a user
@@Jaykav99 Yep - "Add, Edit, Delete" is hardly a new tech concept. Still not addressed on the new Pro model I believe. Still a fantastic product that I whole heartedly recommend, but the omission of this basic functionality still totally dumbfounds me.
Currently have the Bold and love it. Would try the Edge duo next.
This may be a dumb question, but gunna ask it anyways. With this connected for intercom can I still just use the speakers on my motorcycle instead have having to use the speakers in the helmet for music but still have the intercom in the helmet?
Can you elaborate more on the two-way radio integration? I can’t find any info in your documentation about it and would love to be able to utilize my Cardo Edge with a UHF/VHF radio to talk to other OHV’s.

The unit is connected to Bluetooth on an Android phone, why does the cardo connect app fail to find the unit?

A Packtalk Bold would be great....being able to be up to a mile apart and still intercom? Nice!
Bought Pack Talk Edge and would love to win another because I use different helmets on different occasions.
Music share option tested a few time on packtalk black and it wasn't good experience. Receiver gets like 60-70% of the volume. Is there a way to fix that?

I do not have microphone sensitivity in my app. I have Harley Davidson packtalk Edge. I Wonder why I don’t find that adjustment in my app.

Can you add an ability to have more than just 1 type of Cardo unit on the app. I have 2 Cardo's, Edge and agv insyde. I ride with a few group's and having to delete the app and install it every time I change unit and then connect with each group every time is a real pain 😢
Packtalk Edge Duo, if only to have a spare unit charged up for longer days in the saddle.
My unit after everything is paired. I play music and no sound comes through. Shows it as paired and have to reset few times to make it work.
I love my cardo packtalk edge but the only biggest problem is when pair it to your bike.if firstly I will pair to my phone and i will go the bike pairing mode and pair it to my tft screen but it automatically disconnects pair my with phone and i no longer access my cardo app. The whole thing if I do it in a reverse way like bike first and then phone it happens the same. Cardo please give mode were there is a bike mode where we can connect both devices and at least switch between both bike a phone so that we can use the functionality of the app and bike

Have my order number, but how do I track it? I can’t reach out to no one.
Anybody can respond from the company and give any feedback?
Does it cost anything? I go to download it and all I get is to verify my billing information because of a failed payment method. No I didn’t find it helpful. I can’t even download the app. And there is no mention of a price. Call me crazy, but I’m not gonna just give my card info for something without knowing the cost.
How can I use my cardo for calling on Whatsapp or Messenger? Currently the microphone is only working with phone app.

Why would you do an entire tutorial on using the app. It’s for a motorcycle helmet. How do we know how to use the head piece on the helmet???

No matter what the instruction say, these things will not obey their settings or commands and connect the way they’re supposed to. They are made to work well for maybe maybe a dozen uses, then they complicate themselves and it’s complete crapshoot.
Don’t like how you have to use a verified email to use the app. More monitoring of your data and how you use the device you have bought!
Why would I leave it as United States? I’m not American. Honestly you Americans forget that other countries speak English - INCLUDING ENGLAND 😂
Try another brand, this system will give you headaches to pair your phone, to pair to another rider, connectivity will lose any moment. Not even mentioning price is ridiculous for this unreliable device.
