Minced meat soup, quick and tasty with few ingredients, stew recipe, COOKING IDEAS

Minced meat soup with minced meat, melted cheese and paprika can be cooked with or with or without pasta. Quick recipe, always fits whether as a party soup or normal lunch.
Ingredients for 3 - 4 people
700 grams minced meat (mixed or beef)
50 grams of celery
A red pepper
A carrot
2 regular onions
4 cloves of garlic
400 grams of diced tomatoes
150 milliliters vegetable broth
400 milliliters of tomato passata
100 grams of processed cheese
200 milliliters of cream
400 milliliters of water
Some parsley
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Half a teaspoon of coriander
Half a teaspoon of oregano
salt and pepper
