Another great video!
Morrison's had some larger racks for around £7.00, but this size was adequate. As I said on my other account (Jojo), your home made rub was magnificent. I much prefer the home made dry rubs than the over priced all in one jobs in a can. Will deffo be trying this one out again by the weekend, also that mince and onion pie you made... chef's kiss. That's next, though I'll add an egg yolk to my pastry mix.
Nice looking ribs Keith, but I think as soon as you put a dry rub that contains salt on ribs it goes to work drawing the moisture out. Really needed an oil included and maybe some honey instead of the brown sugar. Black pepper, cayenne AND paprika is probably a spice too far hence the sharp kick. Nat's looking great by the way. Love to you all 👍👍
Goes nice with chips n coleslaw
can't have a bad vid were pork ribs are concerned.....
Bang on 👍👍
Lovely lovely lovely.

Looks good Keith - I hadn't thought of air frying corn
Looked lovely Keith was
they tender
Looks so yummy your missing the coleslaw though lol
Looked good
Id marinade those first over night, then bbq them on that grill of yours. An alternative method would be to broil those ribs in the sauce for a few hours, then finish on the bbq.

Do.like. Morrison's.ribs ..when marinating i stick a bag and stick. marinade in
how do you rate it vs the shop bought versions for cost and volume of meat.
we do need a cheaper item to put on spending i think you said £7 on the bones item is a bit much. and unless your going to do every week then not worth it for most people to buy
When are you doing the beanboozle?
What fries are they?
Do you smoke Keith?
Not just now thanks mate 😁
