I would definitely recommend for everyone to read Man's Search For Meaning by Dr. Viktor Frankl. One of the best books I've ever read.

thank you - I hope you’ve read Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People” AND “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” - You’ll be surprised that most every self help book could have been derived from those two works. Carnegie wrote the former in 1936 and the latter in 1948. Amazing, these two titles have never been out of print. Never! Very insightful. I think a writer could creating a successful career just expounding on the principles in those two titles.
I haven’t read these but saw them at book store. I think “The Art of Public Speaking” will complete a trio of books are must read and must read again. Other Titles are :
•The Quick and Easy Way to Effective Speaking
•The Art of Public Speaking; •How to Develop Self-Confidence and Influence People by Public Speaking;
•How to Enjoy Your Life and Your Job

Your channel, Crappy Childhood Fairy, Therapy in a Nutshell, and a few others have been very, very helpful in healing my past trauma and helping me get to a healthier place. Great video . I want to read all of these books even though I have many to read already. I love how you break down what each book is about .
I’ve started getting the samples and reading them. If it engages me then I feel better about buying it. If I never read it then I know it probably was just a fleeting desire. I have a giant collection on my Kindle of samples that I’ve never read … it’s telling. And to be clear, I read 100+ books a year. 😊
I’ve also been reading Untethered Soul at least once a year. Currently working through The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino which was recommended by Matthew McConaughey- it will take you 10 months if you actually follow it. I’m halfway through month one. Highly recommend.

Great stuff!! I am so interested in books, or anything, that challenges what I think and The Coddling of The American Mind is right up my alley. I have The Untethered Soul which is amazing and I also highly recommend it. Michael A. Singer wrote a follow-up to that book called, Living Untethered - Beyond the Human Predicament and a work book to go with it.. Although I haven't read it yet as I am reading Paul Selig's books now, but it is next on my list. Thanks again for some great suggestions!!

I suggest "The In-Between" by Hadley Vlahos. She is a hospice Nurse that has an amazing personal story to tell as well the interactions she's had with people transitioning. IF you'd like to experience a heart opening, mind blowing read....go for it. I dare ya. I double dare ya.

I’ve read both and they’re pretty much the same. Just different terminology.. I wasn’t impressed with the untethered soul.
I learned my lesson. I am not the one, none of them who talk in my head. I am only observer or watcher. This made me relief like stop to carrying a weight. Thank you so much. ❤😊😊😊
