Great stuff P.G. Keep it up & stay safe you guys. The way Tom Morello works that toggle switch has always got me! Brilliant. And the fact he has been working with Springsteen is just super cool. I saw RATM at the Reading festival here in the U.K. in 93 & the drummer Brad played the whole show with his back to the crowd! Coolest thing ever!

No Headless guitars featured. Meh. Headstocks are so ancient. Long past time to ditch headstocks. Allan Holdsworth did. Much easier to gig and travel with headless plus tuning is more stable. EVH even had a cigarette holder on his 80's Steinberger above the nut, for live tours with Sammy. Gotta wonder how much of these vids are sponsored by Gibson..speaking of Gibson their headstock designs could be considered significantly flawed in the post 90's era.

I could listen to Brian May speak about guitars, or anything really, all day long. Frighteningly intelligent man & an incredible musician. He strikes me as a sort of unicorn in today’s world. He’s one of those really really rare individuals that simply NO one has a bad word to say about him.
I love these rig rundown videos & learn so much about these musicians as well as their music. Yet to be bored in the least. But I simply couldn’t ‘not’ give a bit of praise to Mr May. His would be an absolute ‘bucket list’ handshake for me. Perhaps one day……….

@@mboyer68 haven't tried myself no, I don't have access to my amp rn, I'll give it a try in a few days and see if I can get anywhere, I have a feeling you gotta be at gig volume really though, or use a compressor maybe?

Respect to everyone in the video. However...I'm really surprised Joe Bonamassa isn't on this list..... His 58-60 LP's, 50's Tele's and Strats are kinda 👌👌👌!!!

My SG had terrible taper problems on the pots everything would happen between 6 - 8 . I had them replaced with stock potometers sent from the US and one of them did the same about a year later, taper problem again.

I noticed the ball ends are at the headstock of Tom Morello's guitar. Does the bridge clamp the strings as well?
