You can trim off the older, small monstera leaves. The plant will put its energy into the higher leaves. I just trimmed off the first 3 leaves down at the bottom of mine in June and it’s been so happy!

The "Tradescantia" at 13:32 is either a Gibasis pellucida 'Jose Puig' (if purple) or Gibasis pellucida ‘Tahitian Bridal Veil’ (if green). Gibasis is a genus in the same family as Tradescantia, very similar but way smaller leaves! They are gorgeous 🥰

Philodendron brantianum are known for being very difficult. Most people on have luck growing them in terrariums.
