In this video, I'm taking you on a tour of EVERY plant in my home. So grab something to sip on, maybe a puzzle or some knitting and let's take this slow walk through each of my green babies. I've included the common name and genus for each plant on the screen. If you are looking for a list of plants that won't stress you out and are drop dead gorgeous...then you are in the right place. I may be biased...but where's the lie?

I watch plant videos almost every day, and this is the most enjoyable one I have seen! I am envious of your Treubii Moonlight. They absolutely hate me! My Peru loves to climb and took off like crazy after I put her on a moss pole. I can’t wait to watch more of your videos!

Your African Violet plants are huge!
It's that self-watering pot, absolute game changer for these bad boys. Your video got me wanting an all white one.
@@yvetteboonecreates So far I put my african and one Asian violets in self watering. Only one is looking sickly. The white one needs to be repotted too.
What...what is an Asian Violet...never heard of that.....ok, after a google search...I see them. The flower puts me in mind of a petunia and the leaves like a streptococcus. Look at me learning❣️. Thanks for sharing that.
I love the way the shenanigans increased toward the end! 😂 Since Mona's plant bloomed... 😅 My plant is probably stressed. Krohniana black was cut for Jackie, then shortly after she started blooming. It's probably a coincidence.

Awww... I had a huge argument with my micans one day. She was in the bathroom being watered and she looked just like your plant. I just left her in the bathroom and WALK AWAY..... over the next few weeks, she turned around and is now a full plant. We still have issues but, we respect each other's space a lot more now. I really think those trailer Philos need humidity. because Micah the micans barely gets any light at all.

As for the Micans, I just can't. Its like I know the rules, but no matter what I do, I'm just Ms. Can'tGetRight with her. I had to put her out my house. I seriously don't have the energy for her right now. I may try another time, but girllll!! I will keep that humidity tip in mind though...and I had the same experience with the light, she did do much better when I reduced her light.
Now I can focus my attention to my Euphorbia or Snake.

Love the African Violet! Your global green looks so good ! Mine got attached by flat mites and has not quite bounced back yet. I have noticed my plants are getting thirsty too. I agree you give they a spot light and they don't know how to act and start causing heartache. 😒
Okay...I know that Calathea is waiting for my heart to soften...but I'm holding out. I haven't even repotted cause I figure she might take that as a sign of weakness 🤣. I'm watching her like a hawk...and her friend Draecena....they can't be trusted.

Beautiful collection of plants! With the philodendron brazil try a repot, being careful not to overwater in the future. That is when mine will start to act funny and get strange leaves! Once it gets in the you just gave me too early a watering thing it gets weird. This will work normally for me during the growing season.
I just gave my mom my peace lily for Easter and she seems happier with my mom.

I enjoyed this video. I think some of your struggle plants could use more light - perhaps a grow light if you don’t have direct.
The ones you have that are thriving are mainly low light tolerant.

Hi Terry, welcome to the community. I have a couple videos about finding ease and joy in your plant parenthood. Please don't beat yourself up for neglecting your plants. Life be life-ing and it's too short to beat ourselves up...the world will do that for us. Find plants that will tolerate you taking some time for yourself. Cherish those plants...you will find them a safe haven from the harsh world. You'll probably find that you take better care of those plants because they take good care of you.

I put my snake plants outside for the summer. I start them in the shade at first and slowly move them into more sun. They get huge over the summer.

Have you tried water spikes, I have terracotta mushrooms spikes, which I use in my 6in pots that need to stay moist ,I also have carrot shape and birds with terracotta ends and they work very well for me.

Girl....I tried the terracotta and snake..and that thing turned to snake dust. A whole hot mess. I really need to do clear pots for all of them and stop trying to be cute. I know better, now I need to do better.

Are you talking about the Dieffenbachia Camouflage? What specifically doesn't look healthy? Give me some details so I can take a harder look.

Ms Lady June, you ever see those people that can't do simple things like boil water 🙋🏽♀️. That's how I feel when it comes to snake plants. I have to stop myself from watering, then I forget to water and then can't remember when the last time I did....it's a problem🤣

@@yvetteboonecreates Suggestion: If you have self watering pots or Irrigation system. Do find yourself watering the Humidifier more than your plants?
I have 4 large Lechuza pots which is a dream keeper. Sansevieria in clay pots and every two watering for them. 🪴Happy Planting🌿
@@msladyjune3285 I really use my "humidifier" it's really an aromatherapy diffuser for fun (spa day). I don't use it to bring humidity into my space.
My philodendron Brasil was looking like yours so what i did was i took it out of soil and i put it in water and now it's growing up my wall in my dinning room and it's been in water for a year and 3 months now🥰
Now that's an idea Ethel. Do you add nutrients to the water? At this point, sis bout to get a one way ticket to the compost bin...she ashy...and I don't like it. Now that the mican and spider is gone, she's moving up on the hit list. IJS.
