this is THE best plant tour to date. not a million succulents, you have big, beautiful substantial plants and you keep it moving on identifying each one. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Such a joyous, cheerful, riotous home jungle. Those euphorbia are just stunning - like a mini-skyline of towering cactii. Your plants are obviously extremely well cared for and tended to. Very inspiring!
Your plants are beautiful, even the ones that are supposedly fussy are perfect in your care! I nominate the giant euphorbia as the jewel of your collection! 💚🙋🏽♀️ Greetings from Brooklyn, NY
Plants are friends, not food! Your plants are beautiful. I apreciate seeing that not everything is partfect, because as living things, plants have ups and downs like we do.
Here is what I noticed: 0:54 hoya carnosa krimson princess 3:44 philodendron dark lord (possibly, I think the light is impacting the true shade of the leaves) 3:58 epipremnum aureum N'Joy (technically not wrong, people call Epipremnums as Pothos, and the N'Joy is the same as the Golden and the Neon but a different variety; pretty sure the Marble Queen is another variety as well) 4:45 philodendron hederaceum (again, same plant, different varieties: the heartleaf, the brasil which is a variegated heartleaf, and the micans too) 7:52 anthurium clarinervium (think of "clear nerve") Not a plant but 8:07 The fungus gnat traps are something all of us have or will have at some point. If you're not grossed out, try experimenting with jumping spiders left to roam freely. Changing the potting mix every 2 years at the latest and also using a spritz of hydrogen peroxide 3% whenever you suspect an overwatering situation will help you prevent rot. Fungus gnats feed on rot so if you prevent rot, you cut down the gnat population. I currently have 2 tiny jumping spiders roaming around and they manage the pest population well. I spot them once every few months, but I see the results of their work daily. 9:15 monstera deliciosa (think of "delicious", also the green one you have has been called "wide form" or "large form" online, the space between nodes is quite small and the leaves are very large, as it matures you will get up to 3-4 rows of round fenestrations in addition to the long ones) 9:26 dracena marginata (commonly "dragon tree") 10:32 vanilla planifolia 11:05 the terrarium seems to be populated with at least two types of jewel orchids, can't see exactly which; they glow under UV light 11:28 scindapsus pictus (not really a "pothos" since that name is usually given to epipremnums, but related) 12:39 & 19:30 are phalaenopsis orchids, the second one seems to be a miniature, maybe Fantasy Musik 12:44 stromanthe sanguinea variegata triostar (sanguinea because it has red undersides, the variegation comes in 2 patters: triostar and magic star - 14:19 ; it's not a calathea but people sometimes call it one because it's in the prayer plant family; from my experience, stromanthe seem to be more sensitive to water and will ☠️ themselves very fast if there are minerals in the soil or if they are left to dry out too much) 14:02 calathea setosa silver star 15:31 calathea musaica (think of "mosaic") 19:43 syngonium podophyllum, I think white butterfly that didn't get enough light to go super white, I have both kinds of leaves on two sides of mine 19:56 alocasia micholitziana (the variegated version of this is Frydek, sometimes people call the green form Frydek as well) 20:01 aeschynanthus black pagoda Plants are friends, not food 😂
❤A lot of beautiful plants. Like me the only weird can not get it beautiful it looks like yours, brandianum. It just won't die. You did great with the names. Thanks for sharing
Spider mites have trouble breeding in humid environments. They also like dry plants. I recommend buying large clear storage bins or trash bags and keeping them in that for 6 weeks while you treat.
Absolutely gorgeous collection. Thank you for sharing. Lovely well behaved dog. Please pet him/ her and give it a treat. What part of the world are you located. Love from San Diego.
I pull the shelves & table back a bit and make sure no leaves are touching the radiators, it does mean to have to keep an eye on things drying out though!
Jungle-home goals, well done keeping track and care of so many! 💚🙌🪴🌱🌿 I currently have 9 plants in a tiny room I rent, hoping to move into a house next week - after which I'm going absolutely nuts at the garden centres lol 😁
Thank you for this wonderful tour. Your plants are amazing! I hope you don't mind me saying but the first plant you showed us is a Hoya Carnosa krimson princess. The krimson queen is the one that has the creamy white variegation on the outside of the leaf (the princess has the variegation on the inside) 🥰
I follow you on Instagram and I cannot believe you have a UA-cam channel and made this collection video!! I’m so excited to watch!!! Thank you for this!
I believe the large philodendron at the beginning may be Rojo Congo. I bought one labeled years ago and that's what he looks like.... (From what I could see).
I highly recommend you un pot the plants with spider mites, and give them a bath with tea tree oil soap (I use dr boners) it always works and my plants love the bath
So much character! I've been watching tours, and I don't enjoy the sterile ones, with all trendy plants. And spider mites are the devil. They're permanently on my Calatheas.
Plants are friends not food. We have so many plants in common, I loved this!

The first plant is actually a crimson princess btw!
Omg thank you!! I always get confused which is which 😂💚
Beautiful plants. I love when they all grow together and among each other. Your stairwell plants are exceptionally pretty.
Such a joyous, cheerful, riotous home jungle. Those euphorbia are just stunning - like a mini-skyline of towering cactii. Your plants are obviously extremely well cared for and tended to. Very inspiring!
