I am 53 and have 2 daughters that are 17 and 14 and I am gonna tell you like I tell them. Feel it! Roll on the floor and cry and feel whatever you need to feel. As a realtor in the US, it is against our code of ethics/illegal to sway a prospective buyer against a neighborhood because of others that live in it.
