He has 4 cars and parks his 2 cars in common area of the housing society. Whenever any other resident of society parks their car in that spot, he says “This is My spot, nobody should park this car in My spot”. I told him that it is not his permanent parking spot and any member of the society can park his car there on a first come first serve basis. But he still insists on parking only his car there and would send either someone or come himself to our house if we park the car in those 2 spots which are actually reserved for everyone and not just him. So what should I do in this situation?

Will i face issues with resale

Sir I purchased a flat with 884 sqfeet area flat with single balcony and the agreement was completed as per said condition after few months I received a call that they are adding additional balcony but they didn't ask for any extra money now at the time of possession they asked extra money for the same balcony. Not what to do? Shall I pay the amount or refused? Kindly suggest
Sir in the point of duties of allottees, u told 10% of projext cost, it not right sir. Allottees can pay 10% of the unit cost purchased by him . If promoter wants to take more advance, he has to enter into an agreement for sale first then only he can take more than 10% of cost of the particular unit. Section 13 (1). Thank u.
हमनें 6महीने पहले एक प्लॉट बुक किया था,51000₹ बुकिंग राशि देकर कॉलोनाइजर ने 6माह का ही समय दिया था , परन्तु परिजन मुंबई में कैंसर का इलाज़ करवानें में लगे थें ,और अब कॉलोनाइजर ने बताया कि आपने रकम नहीं जमा करवाई इसलिए आपकी बुकिंग रद्द कर दी है ,जबकि हम पहले बता चुके थे और अब शेष धन राशि देने को तैयार हैं तो सर क्या आप ये बता सकतें हैं कि RERA act के अनुसार अब हम क्या कर सकते हैं जब वहीँ प्लॉट वो किसी अन्य को बेचने का बता रहे हैं
