In many places in Kolkata in every 10 buildings you get 5 illegally constructed buildings . Municipal corporation, Police and local councillor take bribe for that.
RERA projects are really very cool, my dad just extremely priced flat in one of the RERA project recently and i was shocked seing the RERA compatible houses or flats. All basic mandatory safety features and many necessery things are damm good.

RERA act is very much buyer friendly.
My advise for buyers show interest only on fully developed project where all approval have taken & must have OC rcvd, Ready to move in.....it bit a costlier than under construction project but peace of mind.......my experienced with Maha-Rera is bad......Tarik pe Tarik since 5 Yrs....Out of 1000 cases few cases go in buyer's favor , very few go in Builder's favor & Most of go neutral (90% No judgments like Tarik Pe Tarik ultimately Buyer's on loosing side )......Nothing has change in Law & Orders proceedings for common people in India ......Tarik Pe Tarik 🙄.
