    Sir, under Sec29, u said in absence of Chairperson, Senior MOst member will take decision however in this section it is written that Member choosen by the member present in the meeting will take decision........Senior most member concept is in competition act sir..please clariy

      yes in hurry i have said cause it is mostly senior member in other chapters but for this chapter members chosen from the member present will be considered
      it is different in this chapter.

    Sir, in sec 3 exemptions from registration - clause (a) no reg is req where area does not exceed 500 sqm OR no of apts does not exceed 8.
    sir in case area does not exceeds 500sqm but no of apts is 10 ? or in case no of apts does not exceed 8 but area exceeds 500sqm ?
    how to interpret whether reg is required or not in above case as word OR is used and not AND.

    Hello sir in this videos while you teaching the definition, in definition of apartment you told that this definition is not applicable to the row houses and plot but this is not mention in the definition of apartment.

    S-6 can give extention based on facts n circumstances

    Sir in case study no. 20 of module, their is an mcq which says what is the penalty in case promoter accepted 10% booking for agreement of sale but didn’t get it registered? It is contravention of Sec 3 or Sec 4?

    2... Agr future me wahi building kisi builder ko sale krnge to kya tab apply hoga.???

    what if area is exactly 500 sq meters?
    does the project need to be regd then?
    pg 2.5 says exemption to those LESS THAN 500 sq.m
    pg 2.25 says exemption to those who DOES NOT EXCEED 500 sq.m

    u/s 13...u said that advance should not be more than 10%....but it is only when no agreement of sale is made...i.e without agreement promoter can take 10%....?

    Case study digest ki case study 45 me McQ 3, usme offence batana tha. Use of 20% of fund for completion of another ongoing existing project ko offence nhi bola hai. Aisa Kyu?

    Section 05 : 30 Days for granting registration : Sir what if in between those days , a clarification is requested , Do we need to count 30 Days from that notice? I have delt with a case like that and they did not processed the same from date of registration.

    Rera mein toh koi amendment nahi hai. So I think this video is valid for may 23 as well
