I just made these cookies. I was not too impressed. The cookies fell apart upon baking. I think 2 tsp of baking powder was too much for this recipe because the cookies also cracked completely in the middle. I just thought I would share my experience. Thank you.
Honey is never meant to be heated.
👍
Hi Valerie,
Can I swap the butter with something else like oil? I can't have butter. Thank you
I think you can try coconut oil, the logic is the same, so it should work:)
@@valerieiscooking Okay, thanks. I'll try it with coconut oil. :)
Se ven muy deliciosas.🌹
Shredded coconut means?? R u using dry coconut or fresh coconut?
She is using dry coconut 🥥
Can i swap coconut shredded with coconut flour
i doubt you want to use another flour on top of the reg. flour. i think shredded coconut would be more for the texture. try desiccated coconut if you don't like shredded its super fine or maybe you can leave the coconut out completely. good luck. i can't wait to try it
