Very helpful as a radiologist im used to perform some Basic clinica Evaluation, particularly on shoulder, i try to match clinical findings to what i see at US and MRI examination
Have been using the TOS demonstrations from Physiotutors for two years now, and it’s impressive how good it guides me with the patients. They get better very fast if TOS is the case so that they can get an individualized treatment plan. A general Roos is good to think about TOS, but by trying the three other tests it’s so easy to find something proper to focus on.
Good to hear. You will probably like an upcoming video on the differential diagnosis for TOS, coz in 60% of cases referred for TOS surgery it turns out that patients either have radiculopathy or neuropathy.

Hi Sir thanks for sharing this informative video actually I have a pain and weakness in my neck, shoulder and arm on left side for more than 6 months. So it just started when I wake up from sleep at that night I put my pillow in between my arm and head so I was looking for my actual problem on internet luckily I found your video so I apply these two test and I found I have the second test diagnose positive when I apply moderately this test my hand start shaking so what treatment should I take. Would you please suggest me. I live in us so please suggest me thanks. Please reply.

If the first part of the test is positive, is the 2nd part still necessary? And what if the 2and part of the test is not possible to test because the shoulder pain of the patient is too severe to continue?

this wright's test video is better for me than the other "physiotutors" wight's test video. I don't know why "physiotutors" made similar 2 wright's test videos tho..
