Watch this before buying a laser or you are tired of laser engraving

Buying a laser is a big investment. So, choosing software that takes full advantage of the laser and the materials it cuts is very important. While there are many free and expensive software you can get, none has a plug-in to do what Adobe Illustrator and ImagePaint can do.

Hi Vincent, the best laser marquetry video on the internet, period. So many of my questions were answered by you here. Question: I understand the shape differences of CO2 vs diode, Is precise marquetry possible with 0.05mm x 0.1mm (ortur laser master 3)? The price jump to CO2 with a moderate work size in significant. Just now I have found your wonderful videos. I can tell you have the compleat answers for success!
I have no experience but a great desire accomplishe this beautiful work! If you could create a numbered sequence path for beginners working there way through your instructions. That would be of such great value!! I really don't know where to start?
Or maybe there already exists excellent sequenced instruction for beginners. I live in a small town in remote area in Oregon. So online is my only option.

Hello Vincent. I would like to start making Marquetry veneer inlays with abalone inlays as well. Can you recommend an entry level, budget minded cnc or laser that will work with your program?

I don't have any low-cost laser to recommend. Any laser will do, since they are all very accurate. CNC routers by NextWave automation are good and not too expensive.
