I love this idea of introducing audience to Indian reach recipes! To me it’s best food on earth. I cook Indian food everyday…because I am 100% plant based cook…I often modify some traditional recipes for the need ❤ thank you so much 🙏

love the restaurant series Chetna
Thanks, more coming......
Incredible place n person.. The name of the resto itself is so symbolic of Indian Culture. I went down memory lane of dining at my parsi friends' places. Dhansak.. ds word itself makescmy mouth water. Yes! This is the Best on ur list so far. Thank u so much Chetna. Waiting for the nxt one...
👍🏼👍🏼
I was most amazed at the open-plan kitchen and that too in a spotless condition. Good on you Cyrus, family and staff for maintaining the kitchen and the restaurant in a spotlessly clean condition. I missed my chance of visiting this restaurant in 2019, when it was closer to the Tower Bridge (I think). But it is a must visit place on my next visit to London. Thanks Chetna for giving us Bawajis some exposure.
hope you will get to visit this soon
I shouldn't have watched this vlog when I'm hungry, I'm drooling 😋. Where they based around Tower Hill some years ago? Food looks wonderful
great show, thanks for sharing, and if i ever.go to the UK i would check it out for sure. i live in Canada so its a big trip
👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome :)
Thank you! Cheers!
Life long learner and teacher💜
yes
What a wonderful place and video. I was looking for some feel good pick me up so playing your restaurant playlist and it's so good. The food looks great especially the dosa and the beetroot samosa. The chicken cafreal may go better with some bread instead of Kerala paratha though. The chef is so inspiring and humble, incidentally I was having dal with pyaz kachori and a self made mango ginger mint chutney as the Chef spoke about dal. Sorry for oversharing.
Pyaz kachori sounds good and glad you enjoyed the video
I to am in the US,and I am very much enjoying this series,I hope you can keep it going,I am not a chicken tikka masala sort of person, and so many of the people doing reviews in the UK only order that, with shag aloo,Pashwari naan, which isn’t even on the menus in NY.So seeing what else the Indian restaurants have to offer in the UK is interesting.
glad you are enjoying it
"Listen to the Boss"... 😂😂
😂😂
😋😋😋
🙏🏽
What a lovely man ❤
yessss

The food is delicious! Not tp be missed if you are in the area. If you are not, then make sure you put it on your agenda next time you come to London.
absolutely
Is that the address that shows, where you’re located..?
the link to restaurant in the description
What are the spices on the rim of the margarita?
cant remember now
❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

I think Potato/Aloo Bonda is South Indian snack , not Mumbai
Batata wada or what you call aloo bonda is first invented in the kitchen of ruler of Pune ie Peshwe by his chef Kamath
@@ujwalapandhi aloo bonda has an even older origin , it’s documented in 12th century Sanskrit text manasollasa
@@k-8511 it's there in most places of India with slight variations and different names, in Bengal we call it Aloo chop instead of Bonda. In Odisha it's called Aloo bonda.
since when?
Chetna's chutney
😍
That is not goan influence. That is kerala influence
OK
He wipes his face with his bare hands and then proceeds to handle food , all in front of the camera! Gross!
seriously........
I am sorry to say that It was a bad advertisement for Caffe Spice Namaste due to Cyrus Todiwala handling food whilst rubbing his face and picking his nose(3-18).
that is the most ridiculous thing I have heard! best you dont go to that restaurant then!!!!!!
Nothing special , all food displayed on the table is cooked in a factory and sold in Indian shop frozen.
😂😂😂😂 I literally watched them cook it all in front of my eyes
What a knob!
