찜질은 몸안의 노폐물을 땀으로 배출하기 때문에 피부를 부드럽게 하고 체온을 올려서 면역력을 높여 주기 때문에 건강에 최고입니다 좋은 경험 하셨네요^^

Lol 'You guys look tired go to Spa Land' is honestly such a Korean comment, my family/friends say stuff like that to me all the time. Aww you guys doing synchronized leg exercises in the Pyramid room ... And yes, I am all onboard for Pete dance tutorial - that move rotating interlocked arms between the legs has floss dance vibes. And Steph I totally hear you about the bath experience (though I wish you got a scrub bc that honestly makes the experience more than wandering from one bath to another) - but washing with the old grannies on the little stool actually feels kinda comforting and community like. You also often say stuff and then follow up with 'nobody asked for this commentary' but I just want to say I always appreciate it and find it insightful. And Pete, yes you were glowing, I think I'm going to use your bath routine formula next time I go. I'm not sure if you can tell, sometimes I start writing a comment at the beginning of your video and just go stream of consciousness tippity tap until your video ends.

I love Jjimjilbang, even a simple public bath. It is so relaxing! My family used to go there once a week to get rid of all the stress.
In Korea, nobody cares about the nakedness in the public bath because men and women use separate space.
When people meet their neighbors, teachers, students, etc inside the bath, they bow each other and have a small talk as if they were not naked. That does not shock at all. It is very natural.

Hi guys. I am glad you guys had fun at jimjilbang. But you guys went to place that is toooo big! Sure it's nice that a big place is new, modern and clean but a place like that is too isolated, empty and cold. When you guys go back to Seoul, please , please, please try another jimjilbang that is more of a moderate size. One that you will not get lost or so massive that you have to climb 4 stories up and down to get to. I am in Seattle, and there is 2 Korean spa here in WA. I go every 6 months and I LOVE it. I wanted you guys to have a real Korean jimjilbang that real Koreans grew up enjoying. And also, I bet your parents will love it more than you guys so take them too.

14:15 so funny seeing you bashful Steph. Watching this and hearing that you didn't get a chance to get the full body scrub I almost felt bad. The good news is that you don't know what you haven't had so it's not a huge loss. When I come out of these spas I can't feel my feet because it really feels like I'm floating. And I love sitting on one of those stools and pour buckets of water over my head to wash off the shampoo. Washing your head with water buckets is just so relaxing. That places legit, gotta check it out. It looks like a spa inside the space station in 2001 Space Odyssey with all those white pipes. Oh btw, next time you guys do this there's usually a cafe where couples meet up to have a snack. It's the few times I feel obligated to grab a hard boil egg. Funnish fact. Sometimes when people have a long layover, drank too much to go home, or too late to get a hotel room... people will spend that 15 bucks and the whole spa routing and spend the night sleeping on one of those loungers. At least that's what they did decades ago.

I've never been to a spar of any kind. After these few years I got really tense and uncomfortable even going for a haircut when in Korea they wash your hair before they cut it. I always tense up and get really uncomfortable.
I hope over the next few years I can find a way to feel normal and unstressed. It just became a fact of life over the last 3 years for me.
