For me the lyrics of this song perfectly explains my experience with derealisation... how I am no longer connected to the world but I am trying everything I can to get back and not to fade away completely...
You are welcome, we all have our moments and problems in life that are not easy but we all can overcome it for sure, focus on the positive, tell your mind to avoid the negative, don´t think about negative things, don´t feed negative thoughts, you can do it, and just move towards light, be Positive, have positive thoughts, Love is the way, and love is always positive, love is always good, and kind, follow your heart. Love Yourself and everyone around you, (because if you don´t love yourself you will let others hurt you and you won´t be able to love and help people around you, you must understand that you are worthy, because you are, every human being is, everyone has beauty and capabilities) it will all be alright.
