I could listen to this song over and over again and in fact I do, just played it 3 times in a row. It's so beautiful and u can feel the mother's pain in her lyrics and voice. This is one of her best songs in my opinion. I love her so much! So talented!
To me, it sounds like a song a mother would write her song whilst imprisoned. Especially the part "and behind these four walls, I still hear your heartbeat". Tell me I'm wrong. Oh and "nothing on this earth can hold me back from breaking through to you".
I listen to this song every night seeing myself sing it to my two sons, age 5 and 2, we asked for help and the welfare took them away, I saw them more than two months ago and feels like I am dying, I can only imagine how they must feel. I hope they hear and feel me through this, while I am fighting for their return.
Thanks for the video. There's another lyric video of this on UA-cam with a lot more views, but Amy's voice has been altered to make it sound more pop like.
That has to be difficult for you to go through. I hope for you the best- peace, hope, joy, and love. I hope you receive encouragement and support from others, and especially 'spiritual support' and comfort from God, Jesus, and His Holy Spirit.

Holy shit that's tragic, I'm unable to have kids but that would just kill me. Here's a tear for you 😢
It's been 12 years since I seen my daughter 😞 I heard this 2 months ago and I swear I will sing it to her when I see her again🙏

I love this song.
Sounds like a ghost talkin to a loved one or vise versa 🥲😢
That's exactly what the story of the song is, a deceased mother communicating with her child from the afterlife.
It’s just passive love
@@MysteriumArcanumwhat?? Omg 🥺😭
Nice
For my mom that passed away last month on on Feb. 6th

@@Sira77777 thank you
I’m singing this to my beautiful girlfriend on our 5 year anniversary
Pretty sure It’s “breaking through to you” not “walking through to you. “
is she speaking to someone on the other side? or is someone from other side speaking to her? please help 2020
her son
It's from the point of view of a dead woman speaking to her child who is still alive
Seek out the movie “Beyond the Stone,” that’s what this song was written for. It’s a good movie 🙂
I’m thinking the same thing. That’s how I interpreted it as well! ♥️ Beautiful song 🎵
@@iridescentaurora268oh I thought it was just about her son
