Sitting for long hours is rough for sure. I love using foods as "medicine". I am working on a weekly meal prep for inflammation. Stay tuned for that. During your work day - try to take a short break every hour for even 2 minutes to stand up and stretch if possible. It's also really great for our minds 💙 I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe 🍀🌻☘️
