- Hab ein neues Avicularia versicolor Weib bekommen und ihr ein Terrarium eingerichtet. Es hat die Maße 25x25x40cm. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Einfach, nur eine Rückwand, Erde und eine schön große Sansevieria, welche meine Avis eigentlich immer sehr gerne annehmen.
Wie ihr im Video sehen könnt hat sie nur 7 Beine, da sie ein Bein bei der letzten Häutung verloren hat. Sie wird sich demnächst Häuten, also kann ich euch dann zeigen wie sie es regeneriert.
I got a new female Avicularia versicolor (aka. Antilles Pinktoe Tarantula or Martinique Red Tree Spider) and build her an enclosure. It's a fish-tank with a homemade lid. The setup is pretty simple. Just the backdrop, soil and a nice and big Sansevieria. My Avics always love them.
As you can see in the video she only has 7 legs, because she lost one during her last molt.
She is in premolt so soon I can show you how they regenerate a missing leg.

@FightAgainstGrenades Yes, for sure! They're awesome. A little bit faster but not too bad. I really like the colors and how they web up the enclosures. I have some videos about them too.
@FightAgainstGrenades Thats true. I have been to Sorrento with school and it was really lovely. Most of the time I go to Rovinj, so thats even more north than Rimini.
we would definitely like an enclosure tutorial. The tank overview and construction. . the types of plants you use and so on. Lovely enclosures indeed!
@FightAgainstGrenades Thats nice. In the summertime I alway go to croatia. I haven't been to Italy for years now. It's a pity ,cause I remember it as a really nice place to be.
@Ptasznik165 This is from IKEA. The system is called BRODER but I use EKBY JÄRPEN shelfs instead of the BRODER ones. I hope I answered your question. :-)

@winglighip italy is nice but it depends on where you go, the most beautiful seaside towns are in the south. I live in front of the adriatic sea, halfway through northern italy.

Ich hab gesehen, das du die "Kleine" nicht auf die Hand genommen hast. Mich faszinieren Spinnen ja schon irgendwie, aber ich schrecke immer vor einer Haltung zurück, weil ich mich niemals dazu überwinden könnte, die Tiere auf die Hand zu nehmen. Generell ist es ja so, wenn die Spinne mal im Terra sitzt kann sie da ja auch bleiben und Spinnen sind ja sowieso keine "Streicheltiere". Wie siehst du das? Darf ein Halter den Respekt vor seinen Tieren haben, sie nicht anzufassen??
Bastii311 ja es ist schon 5 Jahren alt, aber ich fasse auch nicht an, und Händeln meinen Tarantulas nicht... es bringt zu viel Stress für die Spinne 🕷
