Could someone help me out with where pipes go. One goes to dpf but my other pipe is not connected to anything…. It just hides on the clamp and can’t find anything to connect onto it. Missing ???

THIS IS WRONG.
He did NOT do the software adaption of the car EMU computer to the new sensor. The sensor will not provide correct readings, and this will prevent the regen cycle from correctly operating. You need the proper VCDS system to do this, if car is after 2005.
Run the adaption before driving it. The adaption MUST be completed before starting the engine after replacing the sensor. Failure to complete this before starting the engine means you need to replace the sensor again. The adaption MUST be completed before starting the engine, if you attempt it later the adaptions will fail. The car must re-learn all the basic settings from scratch.
If in doubt consult an expert who has VCDS and knows how to do a proper job. Otherwise you are wasting time and money.

You are wrong ! The senzor is good after instalation even if you run the engine a few days ! The only problem is that he will run with the old senzor data , So if you want to make it right , install the new senzor and after reset the new senzor data and and then run adaptation on the new senzor.

@@jeremywithers3879 because your neww senzor run with your old bad senzor data'S , you need vcds or other diagnose to reset the new senzor data and recalibrate.

Din cauza ca acel senzor se ocupa de regenerare , daca se defectează pe langa problema regenerării poti distruge chiar si motorul intr-un timp destul de scurt ! Daca ai eroare pe acel senzor schimbat îndată.

@@DNT88_ hai sa va spun, eu am avut pe tester același tip de eroare pe.langa asta aprins și martorul check engine, am schimbat senzorul cu unul nou și tot la fel apare, problema e ca tot la fel face, iar check engine-ul apare și dispare când are el chef..

@@trek257 eu am tester , probabil ca ai si alte erori pe langa senzorul mort, senzorul acela daca nu este schimbat la timp provoacă si alte probleme ! Verifica nivelul de ulei periodic si rezolva problema ca altfel masina nu isi mai face regenerare si senzorul acela va fi cea mai mica problema a ta, sper ca dupa ce ai schimbat senzorul nou a fost resetat si adaptat nu?

Altfel si senzorul nou o sa mearga dupa valorile celui defect si nu o sa scapi de problema plecată de la el
