- hi I this video is shown how to change fuel filter on vw golf mark 6 with 1.6tdi engine after replacing fuel filter the vehicle must be connected with diagnostic tester to activate fuel pump recommend to activate twice to bleed the system
I just changed my fuel filter on the weekend. 2012 1.6 diesel golf. No vcds just on and of key cycles. About 10 time in total. 1st cranked then died took about 3 or 4 more cranks to start and now all good 👍
You should refill the canister and run the bleed procedure for at least 3 times and it would of started quick
You can manually bleed this using the tank pump and pulling each line off from the fuel filter to the rail and turning the key till pure fuel comes out then crack injectors till wet it’ll fire up no need for scanners or messing with any electrics
I have two questions can i just use a syringe or fuel pump to take out the diesel out tje fuel housing insta ads of completely taking it of and second question can you use that diesel to fill up your car fuel or is noo good because its dirty diesel.
And you know when you put the fuel filter back in housing do you fill it up with diesel and then i see you start the bleeding how't' that done thank you 😊
If you want you don't have to drain the fuel from the container just remove the old filter and install the new one if needed refill with more fuel and close it then you can start the engine without bleeding the system

Check the video at 5:00 there is the procedure for Delphi diagnostic and repeat it 3-4 times
Hello. I already did this procedure but the car still won't start. Is there a step I'm missing. when you purge the fuel system with delphi do you hear the pump working?

Can you tell me step by step detailed how you do it from starting the engine until the car starts? when you purge the fuel system, the software itself executes the procedure for 60 seconds. You don't take any more 60 second breaks?

Master error P145F in 1.6 tdi engine appeared during dpf regeneration too high mass air flow during regeneration ... What can it be and how to fix it ...
Update and everything will be ok. Just go to VW dealer and for 35 min they will fix it.
