This is our second release of this SL28 produced by our friend Benjamin Paz. This Kenyan variety grown in the mountains of Santa Barbara has all the brightness and vibrancy you'd expect from an East African coffee, with the complex depth of sweetness we love of coffees from Santa Barbara.

How would a v60 recipe compare?

Do you have a v60 recommendation for this coffee? Would it just be the same template?

I've noticed you sometimes use origami, sometimes kalita. Never see V60. How do you decide which brewing method is best? I am torn between getting an origami, kalita or V60.
