Hi everybody! Can I ask this question? I use Ford Ranger XLS 4x2 . I want something new , now what type of tire should I use? Duratrac RT or duratrac 2009 or Wrangler AT Adventure ??? Tks so much😅
@@comparethetire I'm due to change my tires on my F-150 power boost. Debating between the Duratrac RT or the K03. What is your recommendation. Thanks mate 😊👍
Hey man, I actually published the comparison video of both these tires… just go and search them out on my channel… You’d actually find it very helpful.
@@comparethetirenope I’m saying there are options even without the holes. They screw in with a bit that comes with them. It’s real easy. Holes aren’t beneficial anymore. Look up Grip Studs
They definately are less durable 40000 km up here in Canada and they are destroyed. My Chinese tires I’ve ran are twice the tire these are and gotten 20000-30000 more km for half the price
Thank you my Ninja!!!
Welcome man

Hold that thought. We are publishing a comparison video on duratrac rt, wrangler ultraterrain and adventure kevlar. Maybe that would help you further
Please do a comparison on duratrac rt vs the mickey thompson baja boss AT! please!
Okay noted
@@comparethetire appreciate it!
Any time my man.
For the past 15 years I've always been using Duratrac, every set always lasted me 3 years. You say there less durable???🤔
They arent as durable as their aggressive design indicates. In other words… yes, they are less durable compared to Duratrac “RT”

How are the RTs in mud compared to a KO3. I currently run mud tires but they only last around 25k miles.
Yes the old Duratrac would puncture easy they only had 2 ply sidewall.

I use screw in studs and like them better because I can install and remove at my leisure
So you're saying you definitely need the studable tread like in older version?

Oh yes… got it, yes its a good option if you know what your doing, I mean those screws have to be perfectly symmetical… and yea they work great on ice
Its a shame its lacking sizes
I’m sure, they’d be adding in more.

Nice to hear that, which tires where you running BTW… just curious
Made in Mexico. Pass
Fair enough! Any specific brands or places you lean toward for tires? Always curious about what people prefer.
