      # ME TOO ,,, married my soulmate 28 years ago,, last year out of the blue she put me to my knees and she tells me “” i don’t need you anymore”” after she found out she will get 2 1/2 of our 3 houses and i get 1/2 of 1 of them,, and i have no credit card debt ( she uses hers and i use mine as our personal money) but she is in major credit card debt that we will split equally after a divorce.

      On the surface I agree with what you are saying.
      Except the song is called “you’ve lost that loving feeling” the guys singing don’t know why. They say they’d get down on knees IF (notice the if) she’d love him like she used to. It’s conditional. Not sure what “game today’s men need to step up”. Women been losing that loving feeling since the beginning and men then or now don’t know why or what to do about it. The “game” in this recording is 2 fantastic singers with fantastic voices - Blue eyed soul accompanied by fantastic music.

    • @Gin0827
      @Gin0827 3 роки тому +5

      @@incidentalist what destroyed it was the feminist movement that got the government involved, especially with women of color. They were told if they had children, no man could live in the house for them to receive welfare 2 generations ago. Then the media industry emasculated men in television. It made women like the Kardashians as role models. Television is indoctrinating a hook up culture. Our Education system has indoctrinated 4 generations against men, especially white men. I pray with these reaction videos will hit the heart strings of both sexes so we can get back all that was lost. Modesty and virtue are so lacking. Look at this latest generation, they do not even love this country. We have a lot of work and prayer ahead of us. The music brings us together. Thank God for it.

    “The Righteous Brothers” are considered by most to be the Greatest Male Vocal Duet Of All Time. I agree. Between Bill Medley’s Lows and Bobby Hatfield’s Highs they can hit every note on an 88 key piano. No other male singers can do that. Legendary.
    “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin” was the most played song on radio in the 20th Century.
    "Unchained Melody" - Bobby Hatfield Live 1965. Considered by most as The Greatest Live Male Vocal Performance In History... I agree. Bobby's use of "Runs" is brilliant. He is the master of the technique and started the trend. 7 notes just to say the word "I".... Their name came when they did a show in a smaller venue and a black man told them…. You two Brothers are Righteous. They created the sound and set the table that all Soul Music fed from for decades to come.
    In 1983, in Newport Beach O.C. Calif. Bill and Bobby at the Jolly Roger Restaurant . I was 13 feet away for... "Unchained Melody"- "You've Lost That Lovin’ Feelin‘" - "Soul And Inspiration".... They were perfect, awesome, amazing, incredible......

    Ladies understand THAT is how a man really feels but fail to say it. We only realize our real feelings when we mature. And, sometimes, it's too late. But, I'm 65, so...I get to speak MY heart w/o fear. GOOD LUCK YOUNG Fellas'@!

    OMG...this song was so awesome when I was15 yrs old in the 60's. I have all their vinyl record albums and CD'S. I still play their CD'S in my car. Such great memories. I'm 74 yrs old and cherish these beautiful memories! I wanted to know Bobby Hatfield. He was so handsome!!!❤❤❤

    Sadly, this generation missed out on a golden age of real performers who made slow dance songs an artful romance and love technique. Ed Sullivan gave so many great bands and singers a TV platform to showcase their great talent.

    Sadly the one thing ALL these women have in common thru no fault of there own is they grew up deprived of listening to music that revered women and placed incredible value on their feelings and emotions that spoke to their hearts and souls. Love songs sung to women by real men with passion. Not like the junk they grew up listening to!

    Amen! It touches my heart to see young women appreciate what it feels like to be respected and revered. I was born in 1961 and was privileged to have been exposed to real music, actual love songs where a man wasn't afraid to beg or show vulnerability and women would literally swoon (showing my age). Sadly the tables have turned but with outlets like this and reaction videos, the younger generations can experience what raw and live music supposed to sound like, no bells and whistles, just the voices and instruments that delivered respectful lyrics.
    These ladies are beautiful!!
