I tried her 2020 summer shred and abs in 2 weeks and her hourglass one I got best results with the abs in 2 weeks one if anyone wanted to know which was most effective but everyone is different lol!
I'm on her 2 week shred today was my day 7...(commenting in night) i lost all my motivation today, did as many workouts from the 4 videos scheduled for the day as possible...! after that i went straight to the kitchen, cooked tawa pulao, grabbed my tea with 6-7 biscuits...hah! i feel better 🤣 but I'll continue the workout for the next eeek
I have always had a 26-inch waist my entire life and no matter how much cardio or ab workouts I did it was always 26-27 inches. I started to do stomach vacuums 2 times a day (when I wake up and before I go to bed). I would do 5-10 reps for 20 seconds. After only a few weeks of doing this, my waist went to a 25 inch! And I was able to maintain it and that was a huge goal of mine is not only to shrink my waist but to maintain it.
Ladies! I've been doing the vacuums for a couple of months now and as Vicky said... IT DOES WORK! And I am not a size 2...6... or 10 so trust me if I can do it and see results you will ALSO!!
@@slumpswife0593 So I started with 1 vacuum a day for 20 seconds and it does hurt at the beginning but once it got "easy" I increased to twice a day every day then three times and now I do 3 sets of 30 seconds every day. Sometimes I'll do twice a day but not often. And no I don't have abs but my waist has gotten smaller and tighter.

Vicky I’m confused, I have lost a lot of body fat but I still cannot see my abs, I’m doing a hipo caloric diet, abs x3 a week but I still don’t see them. What do you do to have abs if you don’t recommend weight?
@@danielavisbal4139 abs usually show at a specific body fat %. Google abs at 15% body fat vs 30% body fat. Body fat percentages are also different for men and women. Women need more body fat % than men
Umm ok how to do it .cz I hv been working out on n off !! so I just strted crunching agn..... I used to do 400 once upon a time😂 From yesterday I hv started with 100 crunches , so this vacuum thing I hv heard it before ... should I do this? Nd how much time do you think it wud take to show results?

She’s right this really does work. I used to do this all the time just walking around constantly holding my tummy like that. It really helps to wear a crop top or a sports bra and walk around, it makes you want to hold your tummy that way. I could kick myself for relaxing and letting this habit go...thank you for this reminder 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
And it heals ab separation after pregnancy! I realized I had this condition 16 months postpartum (majority of women get it and don’t know what it is, it’s the “mom pooch” where you still might look a little pregnant years later even after losing baby weight). I researched and then did them for 3 months for 10 minutes in short reps everyday and doing it in such concentrated intervals really helped make the gap smaller! I think if I keep doing it longer maybe a few more months it will close the gap for good. Smaller waist is a bonus too!
If you’re interested in targeting the “mom pooch” you should look into @momsintofitness on ig. I recently discovered her and it’s been working like a charm! Her exercises will also help if you get pregnant again, you won’t have as much as a large stomach during pregnancy/post-pregnancy!

I’ve been conscious of my weight for like my whole life and so I’ve sucked in my stomach pretty much all the time, just not when I sleep (for obvious reasons). I never really did full vacuums but I can tell you that it works, because I didn’t even do the full thing but still got results, albeit slower. YOU GOT THIS!!
snow white I’m starting out with 3 reps of 20 seconds, and in a week I will be doing 5 reps of 30 seconds, and in another two weeks I will be attempting 5 reps of 60 seconds! (And I only do it once a day formally, but sometimes I do them at random times in the day so it ends up being more). Like I said, I also have my stomach naturally sucked in for most of the day so adapting that into your lifestyle should help!
This really works. You see results within a week. If you want something extra, buy a waist trainer (NOT a corset, that will hurt you) and wear it while doing any workouts (in particular for your waist). Trust me ladies, if you don’t already know that, you’ll thank me
After two years that I discovered this exercise, finally i can do it with the correct technique. I've been doing for 7 days (not straight, i failed two days) , its a week practically, but is hard yet to see changes on the measurement of my waist. BUT I TRUST YET. Now i have 20 years old, nearly to 21, and the only time i had 60cm waist was at my seventeen years with my maximum skinny reach. Hurts me that i have 68 cm nowadays, and just when i didn´t ate anything. So, probably when i eat my waist changes on a 69-70cm. I have a slim body isn't toned yet. I hope my waist can change in this week, and when I finish the Vicky's challenge. i'll keep on doin!

Fatima Boucetta wassuuppp gurrrl !! Thank you so much 💕 I started during Ramadan it helped a lot since I fasted and only ate a small portion of my meal and drank lots of water . My diet now is like this “ one full meal per day “ and I usually eat that around 1 to 3 pm , I cut out sugar completely and I drink black coffee ( I used literally to hate it lol but now I feel like some kind of grown ass woman ) I still drink lots of water and I make tea at times , I try to fill my hunger by drinking healthy drinks . About my workout I work out everyday , except for when my period comes ( I have severe back pain and my legs get all wobbly oops lmao) I do a bunch of exercises that I feel like they suit my body tbh like I try to maintain my curves . I also dance a LOT like belly dancing , twerk , dance like a crazy mad woman , you name it ; I dance a lot . And since I’m still home and can’t really go outside I started climbing stairs and walk around 2 km a day in my house like randomly walking . I guess that’s it ? Once I reach my weight goal I’ll make a video about it explaining in detail , I hope its a good idea idk tbh but anyways I hope this helps 🥰
thank you so much for sharing , I didn't lose much weight during Ramadan bcz I was trying new deserts recipies you know ramdan XD anyway after Eid I minimized my sugar intake and I'm working out like 4 to 5 times a week and I start to see some difference in my belly and arms and yeah I think its a good that you share your experience on UA-cam its will help a lot of people and I almost forgot since I'm ter dancer I start to learn belly dance as well i dance on my rest days is not much but at least I'm moving lol

Trust me put that playlist and sway them hips as long as you’re moving you’re doing great and please try to minimize the amount of sugar/ salt you put in your food , it’s not much but it’s a healthy habit and trust me I LOVE them sugary appetizers especially after breaking fast but like it’s all in the head and it’s okay to treat yourself once in a while ! this is effective, it worked for me. in less than a week of doing 5 sets of 20 each day morning and night, but sometimes i forget. my waist went from 27 inches to 26 real quick! i saw her video from few years ago and i think she did not mention numbers of repetitions but only the number of seconds so I went to 5 repetitions of 20 seconds with 5-10 seconds of rest after every vacuum. at first, it was a bit painful on my lower back if i slouch while doing it, but i just stood straight and the pain went away. It is easier for me because I am a flute player and we practice our breathing like in vacuums. Try it guys!!
I did that in my high school years, because I wanted to my stomach always look flat, and I really had the best waist in the time. My friend always said that I'm probably wearing an waistband...I dont know how you call it in English. But something like that. But I wasnt. And now I'm doing that again and I see changes

Well done for mentioning the TVA since this is a big part of our body frame work. When your TVA is not functioning properly the body starts to place "fat" around your belly for support and eventually you will get a bad back and end up old and hunched over. It is called Diastasis Recti and its also what happens to women when pregnant. When you are sitting all day at work you are losing your TVA power, so do these vacuums and walk around as often as possible
I think ive always done these. I remember in middle school reading about always having your stomach tight even in every day life. So I started doing it everyday and now I inviolately do them, though im not sure if its flexing or not? Because for me flexing and this feels the same. I do have a small waist and I have been told by others that I have a small waist even thought im not that skinny and have back rolls etc. I do notice that if I do this too often I get stomach cramps, it almost feels like im on my period and i get really bloated

When I was younger I used to do this to look skinier and after some time your body does it on its own. You dont even have to do it consiously. It DOES work!!!!!

Doing ballet will work this muscle as well because in ballet you have to tense your stomach, tilt your hips forward, and clench your butt too. So it also works your glutes. Don't forget putting your shoulders up and back

this won't on its own sinch your waist and make it smaller, that simply isn't true. The first and foremost thing that will get your waist to become smaller out of anything else is your eating habits. You need to eat in a caloric deficit in order for your waist to become smaller and leaner. Then after this is achieved, doing abdominal exercises and core exercises will help to create a sleek midsection look but this also depends on how you perform the exercises, how often you do them, the weight you use ( and you mention in the video), and how often you use weight as well. Also using weight for abdominal exercise will still take you a long time to build muscle. and even then using a small amount of weight is ok, you don't have to completely stay away from it. but, again, it is still possible to build abdominals by doing these exercises with no weight. But finally, at 5:30 you mention the one thing out of this whole video that only matters the most, you have to eat healthy to attain a low waistline and by doing abdominal exercises and practicing vacuums will NOT-DIRECTLY help with getting your waistline smaller, they do not directly do it for you. So therefore you can't get a smaller waistline with one exercise because no exercise will give you a smaller waistline. FIRST AND FOREMOST it comes to your eating habits and then your waistline can be sculpted through doing proper regimented exercises, day in and day out, properly engaging the muscle in the abdominal area, and over time building lean tissue in that area. and vacuums will help with your breathing techniques and help with the contraction aspect of the exercise but they will not directly make your waistline smaller. this applies to guys or girls, men or women, if someone already has a smaller waist, to begin with then they can start exercising their abdominals and vacuuming, if someone weighs more then they'd have to lose the weight and can do vacuums to make their waistline smaller, but either way, doing vacuums is not the only or the one or just the exercise you need to do to make your waistline smaller.

i’m literally built like a door not even exaggerating. i have no hips and my waist is non existent so i’m going to be doing this everyday until school starts (sometime in august) week one // june 24: 33.5 in week two // july 1: 32.5
YALL this is literally IT i did this for a while in the beginning of quarentine like in the middle of march and i swear by my birthday like in the second week of april i had a CLEAR difference and i didnt even do this that much just whenever it crossed my mind and for like a minute or so i was actually so surprised
@@ashleyhawkins2294 im not sure cuz i didnt measure but the shape was very different like the part directly below mh ribs like just above the belly button was tighter and "straighter" and then the waist had a much nicer curve kinda made my hips loom bigger cuz of the difference ya know? Sorry for not having an exact answer but i hope this was still helpfull some way :)
(When i said straighter i meant from the top of my ribs to the belly button the line was staright and tighter) also i dont think its one of those things that just take off many inches it basically shapes it better , its like she explained it tightens the muscle so the waist shrinks but it also gets a better shape overall (in my opinion)

Guys the stomach vacume really works! I’ve been doing this for a while now, the more u suck in you’re stomach the less airy or the less your stomach is filled with air. (This is what makes you bloated) try it out 100% works guaranteed. But I also suggest working out to make it look more toned

i dont recommend choe ting ab workouts if youre trying to get a tiny waist. her workouts build your obliques and make them biggger? so it gives a more boxy and straigh waistline
i sometimes catch myself doing this randomly, and i won’t say i have a small waist, but i do have an hourglass waist just from randomly doing this exercise unconsciously. so imagine doing this regularly? it definitely works 100%
Yes you should do it on empty stomach to get the results or else you stomach will already be filled with some foods and that will make you uncomfortable to do this

I never really did full vacuums but I can tell you that it works, because I didn’t even do the full thing but still got results, albeit slower. YOU GOT THIS!!

snow white I’m starting out with 3 reps of 20 seconds, and in a week I will be doing 5 reps of 30 seconds, and in another two weeks I will be attempting 5 reps of 60 seconds! (And I only do it once a day formally, but sometimes I do them at random times in the day so it ends up being more). Like I said, I also have my stomach naturally sucked in for most of the day so adapting that into your lifestyle should help!

This really works. You see results within a week. If you want something extra, buy a waist trainer (NOT a corset, that will hurt you) and wear it while doing any workouts (in particular for your waist). Trust me ladies, if you don’t already know that, you’ll thank me

After two years that I discovered this exercise, finally i can do it with the correct technique. I've been doing for 7 days (not straight, i failed two days) , its a week practically, but is hard yet to see changes on the measurement of my waist. BUT I TRUST YET. Now i have 20 years old, nearly to 21, and the only time i had 60cm waist was at my seventeen years with my maximum skinny reach. Hurts me that i have 68 cm nowadays, and just when i didn´t ate anything. So, probably when i eat my waist changes on a 69-70cm. I have a slim body isn't toned yet. I hope my waist can change in this week, and when I finish the Vicky's challenge. i'll keep on doin!

Fatima Boucetta wassuuppp gurrrl !! Thank you so much 💕 I started during Ramadan it helped a lot since I fasted and only ate a small portion of my meal and drank lots of water . My diet now is like this “ one full meal per day “ and I usually eat that around 1 to 3 pm , I cut out sugar completely and I drink black coffee ( I used literally to hate it lol but now I feel like some kind of grown ass woman ) I still drink lots of water and I make tea at times , I try to fill my hunger by drinking healthy drinks . About my workout I work out everyday , except for when my period comes ( I have severe back pain and my legs get all wobbly oops lmao) I do a bunch of exercises that I feel like they suit my body tbh like I try to maintain my curves . I also dance a LOT like belly dancing , twerk , dance like a crazy mad woman , you name it ; I dance a lot . And since I’m still home and can’t really go outside I started climbing stairs and walk around 2 km a day in my house like randomly walking . I guess that’s it ? Once I reach my weight goal I’ll make a video about it explaining in detail , I hope its a good idea idk tbh but anyways I hope this helps 🥰

Trust me put that playlist and sway them hips as long as you’re moving you’re doing great and please try to minimize the amount of sugar/ salt you put in your food , it’s not much but it’s a healthy habit and trust me I LOVE them sugary appetizers especially after breaking fast but like it’s all in the head and it’s okay to treat yourself once in a while ! I crave food I love food food is amazing but like THE BODY I CRAVE is 10X MORE AMAZING SO I try not to starve myself but also keep in mind why I’m doing this for . Sending lots of love xoxo

this is effective, it worked for me. in less than a week of doing 5 sets of 20 each day morning and night, but sometimes i forget. my waist went from 27 inches to 26 real quick! i saw her video from few years ago and i think she did not mention numbers of repetitions but only the number of seconds so I went to 5 repetitions of 20 seconds with 5-10 seconds of rest after every vacuum. at first, it was a bit painful on my lower back if i slouch while doing it, but i just stood straight and the pain went away. It is easier for me because I am a flute player and we practice our breathing like in vacuums. Try it guys!!
I did that in my high school years, because I wanted to my stomach always look flat, and I really had the best waist in the time. My friend always said that I'm probably wearing an waistband...I dont know how you call it in English. But something like that. But I wasnt. And now I'm doing that again and I see changes

Well done for mentioning the TVA since this is a big part of our body frame work. When your TVA is not functioning properly the body starts to place "fat" around your belly for support and eventually you will get a bad back and end up old and hunched over. It is called Diastasis Recti and its also what happens to women when pregnant.
When you are sitting all day at work you are losing your TVA power, so do these vacuums and walk around as often as possible
I think ive always done these. I remember in middle school reading about always having your stomach tight even in every day life. So I started doing it everyday and now I inviolately do them, though im not sure if its flexing or not? Because for me flexing and this feels the same. I do have a small waist and I have been told by others that I have a small waist even thought im not that skinny and have back rolls etc. I do notice that if I do this too often I get stomach cramps, it almost feels like im on my period and i get really bloated

When I was younger I used to do this to look skinier and after some time your body does it on its own. You dont even have to do it consiously. It DOES work!!!!!

Doing ballet will work this muscle as well because in ballet you have to tense your stomach, tilt your hips forward, and clench your butt too. So it also works your glutes. Don't forget putting your shoulders up and back

this won't on its own sinch your waist and make it smaller, that simply isn't true. The first and foremost thing that will get your waist to become smaller out of anything else is your eating habits. You need to eat in a caloric deficit in order for your waist to become smaller and leaner. Then after this is achieved, doing abdominal exercises and core exercises will help to create a sleek midsection look but this also depends on how you perform the exercises, how often you do them, the weight you use ( and you mention in the video), and how often you use weight as well. Also using weight for abdominal exercise will still take you a long time to build muscle. and even then using a small amount of weight is ok, you don't have to completely stay away from it. but, again, it is still possible to build abdominals by doing these exercises with no weight. But finally, at 5:30 you mention the one thing out of this whole video that only matters the most, you have to eat healthy to attain a low waistline and by doing abdominal exercises and practicing vacuums will NOT-DIRECTLY help with getting your waistline smaller, they do not directly do it for you. So therefore you can't get a smaller waistline with one exercise because no exercise will give you a smaller waistline. FIRST AND FOREMOST it comes to your eating habits and then your waistline can be sculpted through doing proper regimented exercises, day in and day out, properly engaging the muscle in the abdominal area, and over time building lean tissue in that area. and vacuums will help with your breathing techniques and help with the contraction aspect of the exercise but they will not directly make your waistline smaller. this applies to guys or girls, men or women, if someone already has a smaller waist, to begin with then they can start exercising their abdominals and vacuuming, if someone weighs more then they'd have to lose the weight and can do vacuums to make their waistline smaller, but either way, doing vacuums is not the only or the one or just the exercise you need to do to make your waistline smaller.

YALL this is literally IT i did this for a while in the beginning of quarentine like in the middle of march and i swear by my birthday like in the second week of april i had a CLEAR difference and i didnt even do this that much just whenever it crossed my mind and for like a minute or so i was actually so surprised

@@ashleyhawkins2294 im not sure cuz i didnt measure but the shape was very different like the part directly below mh ribs like just above the belly button was tighter and "straighter" and then the waist had a much nicer curve kinda made my hips loom bigger cuz of the difference ya know? Sorry for not having an exact answer but i hope this was still helpfull some way :)
(When i said straighter i meant from the top of my ribs to the belly button the line was staright and tighter) also i dont think its one of those things that just take off many inches it basically shapes it better , its like she explained it tightens the muscle so the waist shrinks but it also gets a better shape overall (in my opinion)

Guys the stomach vacume really works! I’ve been doing this for a while now, the more u suck in you’re stomach the less airy or the less your stomach is filled with air. (This is what makes you bloated) try it out 100% works guaranteed. But I also suggest working out to make it look more toned
