Got dumbbells and 10 Minutes? All You Need for an awesome upper body dumbbell workout

- Today we are hitting a 10 min no repeat upper body dumbbell workout. This upper body workout is literally perfect for anytime of the day
One of the most common things I hear from people for why they can't work out is "I have no time"
Listen I get it, as a business owner with 2 children I know how sometimes you can feel that you can't find a moment in the day to hit a workout
But with this workout again like last weeks 10 min full body workout these are absolutely perfect for getting around that problem and giving you a great workout that can be done in just 10 minutes
I am, like everyone should be. A big believer in doing something is always better than doing nothing
So even if you can only fit 10 minutes in, then that's perfect. If you have more time and want a little more , rewind it back and hit it twice for a great 20 minute workout.
👉 You can do this workout 2, 3 or even 4 times a week. So make sure to save the video so you can come back to it
That is what these recent workouts will do for you
These workouts are perfect for anytime of the day. Whether that's first thing in the morning before work, whether the kids are having breakfast , a quick lunch time workout or when you get a free moment in the evening
What we are doing here is 10 exercises for the upper body with no repeats.
Each exercise we will perform for 1 minute with a super quick 10 sec transition between to get ready for the next exercise
We will also be doing a single, single , double combination which I will explain in the video
Our exercises will be
01:38 chest press
02:42 bent over rows
03:52 shoulder press
05:02 bicep curls
06:12 skull crushers
07:22 chest fly
08:34 front raise & pull
09:41 side lateral raises
10:52 hammer curls
12:02 tricep kickbacks
Well that's our exercises , that's our format. So it's time to grab those dumbbells and let's smash it guys.

You have no idea how much luv I have for you and your workouts - I’ve been fit in my life but depression and my daughters fathers passing and step dad got the best of me and I just couldn’t get myself out the house to the gym - for the last while I’ve been more consistent thanks to your 20 min workouts or I’ll pick a ten min lower body routine rest for 2/3 min then one of your upper body routines - & I feel so much better mentally as I do physically slowly seeing my body take form again - thanks 🙏so much for all your hard work and it doesn’t hurt on the eyes either to have my own personal trainer on my phone, iPad or lap top to workout with 🥰😁🙌🏻🤘🏼👌🏼🤟🏼🤙🏼 thanks again from Canada!

These are great to do when I feel like I don't have much time. I only have one set of dumbbells and it still works. Thanks for your videos!

You could just do a weekly upper lower split! Day 1 upper body , day 2 lower , day 3 back to upper etc! I’ll try get a lower body version with same format up soon 👍

This got so much harder as I went through the whole thing. Used 17.5# for all movements. The hardest part was the bicep and tricep movements at that weight 11/29/22
Awesome! Yes although it’s short sharp and to the point! You can bump up those weights and it’s still a tough one
