how to pair camera with monitor i cannot connect to the camera
Can 2 people use the monitor and app on the phone at the same time? Or do we have to either choose the monitor or live broadcasting on the mobile?
Hi! How are you? Im from Brazil, i have buy the 5856. Im having a problem that the monitor keeps restarting and restarting at the baby screen. Have you heard about somebody else with this problem?
How does it do with VOX settings? Hoping not to hear my Hatch white noise machine come through all night.

Hello, Arak. Unfortunately the cameras cannot be plugged in directly to the monitor. They will only work on wifi. As far as the battery, I have had it last about 8 hours with the volume and lcd brightness turned down a bit. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

I bought this product from your Amazon link and I got devices with ac/dc output not with the USB-C 😢
That is annoying... after I made this video a friend of mine bought one and the same thing happened to them. THEN I bought another at the same time because our twins arrived and mine was USB-C. I guess it is the luck of the draw... maybe they are randomly sending out old inventory? Anyway, sorry to hear that if you really wanted the USB-C.
Does the wifi connection works only between the baby unit and smartphone or also between baby unit and monitor?? I have range problems in my house, if the monitor is connected to the baby camera also by wifi (no matter the range or distance) it would solve my problems
Hey! The monitor has its own wifi to connect to the baby unit but it also gives you an option to go through the router. Hope this helps!
Are there visible infrared LEDs when night mode is turned on? I ask because some cameras you can’t see these and my daughter doesn’t like any lights, so if it’s visible, it won’t work for us.
No, I just bought this and was worried about the same thing. It doesn’t have any lights on the camera itself

@@jodstepper thank you! This was my fear, but with the connectivity issues we have with our Owlet, we’re starting our search for a different camera system and this one seems to tick a lot of boxes. Any downsides you can think of?
@@TylerJSpaulding I just found out from the app there is a LED light on the camera btw but it’s originally off unless you turn it on from the Vtech app. I still have my 6 month old in the room with me so I haven’t used the screen itself yet at night only in the day, I am pleased with it so far. The only thing I don’t like is the two way talk is very quiet, but I don’t think I’ll ever use that feature anyway as I’ll probably just go into him if he’s crying on the monitor. And the white noise sound isn’t a constant sound, it has like a pause before it replays the sound if you get what I mean? but other than that from only one day I’d give it 8 of 10, only because I haven’t used the screen itself during the night yet.

Hi Nazia. Sorry but if there is a way to buy another camera for this unit I don't know where you could get it. Might have to contact the company about it.
How do I pair both cameras to the parent unit?
Hey, Gabby! I believe you need to use the app from what I remember. Once you download it, it will be pretty easy as it pairing options should be the first thing to pop up. Hope this helps!
