You made a point that the base had to be set up in your local reference system to avoid systematic errors. I have not found anywhere in the base mode for RS2 where you can change the reference system. Where do I do this?
Hi Scott! You need to choose the required coordinate system in the Survey tab of the ReachView 3 app before the survey mission. The app will give you a hint on what coordinate system your base should be in. Then you can just enter these geographical coordinates of the base directly to the corresponding section, as described in our docs.
Not according to the comprehensive study mentioned. 10 max sounds like more like poorly designed software, that would get confused with the rigidity introduced by many very accurate control points.

@@Emlid Can you create or calibrate for local coordinate systems, such as if a specific worksite has chose to create their own coordinate system?

What is the accuracy in rtk drone mapping in 1km distance
If you mean the distance from the Base station to the drone, you are probably looking at 1-1.5 cm error from shot to shot.
what is the name of the forum they keep mentioning?
Hi David! Perhaps, you mean our community forum: community.emlid.com 🙂
What software was used for the post-processing ( 49:50 )

You do know that the more ground control points you add that it will eventually cause issue. 10 max
