These are so cute I have 12 granddaughters and four great-granddaughters. This is perfect for a little Christmas gift thank you so much you explain it's so easy for me to follow. Once again thank you ‼️
Love this tutorial! Im going to attempt to make a few as Christmas gifts, im a complete beginner and this question might have a super simple answer, but how are you drawing two lengths of yarn out of a skein? Did you unwind it and rewind it in a specific way?
I did not know this trick when I was a beginner, so the question is fair 😊 The skein of yarn has 2 ends. Just put both ends together. One from the inside og the skein and one from the outside 😊
Thank you for your replies! I tried that and the inside strand created a big knot that ended up breaking my yarn. The headband is still lovely with just one strand of yarn though. Ill try again with a new skein
No, not really. If your yarn reccomends a 6 mm hook. You Can use ex a 5mm hook or 7-8 mm. It depends on your tension. I woudent use a 12 mm hook since the headband would be full of holes, but you can try any needle and see how it looks.
Guys. If you end up measuring it wrongly or wtvr, just turn it into a scrunchie likeeee y'all don't have to go through the pain of frogging all your work
Hope you all like this tutorial.
Enjoy

Just pull the other end of the skein from the centre. There's a beginning and an end, right? Pull that too.

Très jolie 👍
Merci 😊
Is there a size chart? 82 chains was huge!
Thank you. Nicely done. How many chains would you recommend I use for a child size? 4 yr old tyia
😍😍
😍😍
How exactly do you use two yarn strands together?
Just take both the thread from the inside of the skein and the outside and put then together.
How many chains and rows for a man adult hat
It depends wich hat You want to make 😊?
does it matter what size hook you use?
No, not really. If your yarn reccomends a 6 mm hook. You Can use ex a 5mm hook or 7-8 mm. It depends on your tension. I woudent use a 12 mm hook since the headband would be full of holes, but you can try any needle and see how it looks.
