25 min Beginner - Intermediate Stability Ball Workout with Weights

- These beginner-intermediate stability ball exercises will help build strength and sculpt a great looking body, with extra focus on the core. Select a set of light weights (2-5 lb) and a suitable stability ball:
5' & under: 45 cm
5'1"- 5'8: 55 cm
5'9 - 6'2: 65 cm
6'3 - 6'7: 75 cm
6'8 & taller: 85 cm
If you don’t have access to dumbbells, you can substitute water bottles, cans of food, or any other portable weighted objects that are easy to handle.

I'm 64 and in the last couple of years I started to exercise 6 days a week, cardio, weights a little yoga and Pilates. I've been looking at ways to help with my balance and core strength so I've just bought an exercise ball. This was tough but I loved it. I completed the workout but there's plenty of room for improvement. Thank you very much. I feel I hit lucky and I've found what I am looking for.

I started slacking off doing my workouts during my 2nd trimester and pretty much gave up on doing workouts in the third. I had done home workouts regularly prior to this pregnancy and really needed to get back into it. I hadn't really done a lot since having my baby either. Since I had an exercise ball I decided to give this a try to get back into my routine. It was great!

I have done this exercise 3 times. Every time I find myself thinking I look and feel better. I love the ball exchange! I plan on doing this 2-4 times per week and I will update with progress. I really like this workout. I tried several other exercise ball workouts before I found one I want to stick. Some were too easy and some were too difficult for me. I find this one to be doable but a good 20+ minute workout.
