    Chicken bhuna roll is a testy and healthy recipe. It looks nice and the masala gives nice coating to chicken that takes the taste to next level. You can call it non veg wrap that can be on the go snack. For making chicken bhuna we will be making chicken bhuna and Frankie for that too. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me.     Ingredients:
    • 2 cups Maida
    • Salt to taste
    • Water
    • Oil
    • 4 tsp Oil
    • Finely chopped Onion
    • Ginger-Garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Garam masala
    • 2 tsp Red chili powder
    • 500 gm boneless, skinless Chicken
    • Salt to taste
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • Kasuri methi
    • Rice flour
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
    • Finely chopped Green chilies
    • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
    • Salt to taste
    Method:
    • Take maida, salt and mix well.
    • You can use wheat flour in place of maida.
    • Add a little water at a time to knead soft dough.
    • Spread a little oil on the dough and knead it for about a minute.
    • Transfer the dough into a bowl and grease a little oil on it.
    • Cover and rest the dough at least 30-45 minutes.
    • Break eggs in a bowl and add black pepper powder, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt to
    taste.
    • Beat it well and keep aside.
    • For making chicken bhuna heat up oil in a pan and add onion.
    • Fry well until the onion caramelizes a little for about 7-8 minutes.
    • Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
    • Add tomato puree and fry together for about 3-4 minutes.
    • Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and fry everything together for about a
    minute.
    • Add chicken and mix well.
    • Add salt and mix well.
    • Fry well for about 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked well.
    • Add coriander leaves, kasuri methi and mix well. Chicken bhuna is ready.
    • Take the dough and knead it once to make smooth and soft.
    • Take a small dough ball and dip it in dry rice flour.
    • Knead it into roti.
    • Heat up a skillet on medium heat and transfer roti on it.
    • When roti is cooked a little from one side, flip it over and cook well from other side.
    • Take the roti off into a dish and spread a little oil on the skillet.
    • Pour egg mixture on it.
    • When the egg mixture begins to cook place the roti on it facing well cooked side down wards.
    • Spread a little oil on the upper side and flip it over.
    • Cook until lower side turns nice crispy and then transfer the roti into a dish.
    • For making roll spread bhuna chicken along one side of the roti and spread onion on it.
    • Fold once from the base and roll it into Frankie.
    • Chicken bhuna roll or Frankie is all ready.
